“Is that a collective insanity. “Is that a collective insanity Black Sea wreck December

Participants in the investigation of the Tu-154 plane crash over the Black Sea recovered the circumstances of the liner crash one second at a time. Writes about this "Kommersant".

On the day of the crash, the Tu-154 was supposed to make two training flights to transport troops (passengers), equipment and cargo. The first flight took place normally, but the second "failed from the very beginning." According to experts, the commander of the Tu-154 Roman Volkov "began to experience difficulties in determining his location" on the ground - while moving the car along the taxiways. Volkov allegedly "could not understand" from which of the two strips of the airfield he would have to take off and which way was better to taxi to the beginning of this strip.

As a result, the liner took off at 5:24 with a course of 238 °. Already in the seventh second after take-off in the cockpit, according to the participants in the investigation, a special situation arose: "Volkov began emotionally, with the use of profanity, to find out from the crew which course they took off." The captain lost control of the takeoff parameters himself and distracted his colleagues from the work, experts say.

Then Volkov set the Tu-154 to the correct pitch of 15 °, but almost immediately made the first "illogical" action, tilting the control wheel away from him and slowing down the climb. At the 53rd second of the flight, when the Tu-154 rose by only 157 meters, Volkov ordered the flaps to be removed, although according to the regulations this must be done at an altitude of 500 meters. At the same time, he himself continued to deflect the steering wheel away from him. As a result, the liner at the 231-meter mark went down.

The plane began to lose altitude quickly (6–8 meters per second), the crew warnings about a dangerous approach to the ground were triggered. However, none of the pilots paid attention to this.

At a height of 67 meters, the alarm “Left roll is great” went off, and when the water was 34 meters away, Volkov turned the steering wheel all the way to the right, trying to correct the error, but it was too late. At the 73rd second of the flight, the Tu-154, having touched the surface of the sea with its left wing, fell apart and sank. At the time of the collision, the left bank was about 50 °, and the indicated speed was 540 kilometers per hour.

According to experts, the disaster was accompanied by fatigue and poor professional training of the crew. Captain Volkov lost his orientation in space, falling into the power of the so-called somatogravitational illusions. The vestibular apparatus "prompted" him that the plane was gaining altitude too intensively, and the pilot began to lower the nose of the plane.

Tu-154, flying from Sochi to Syria, crashed over the Black Sea on December 25, 2016. On board there were 92 people, all of them died. Among the victims of the crash were the artists of the Alexandrov ensemble and Elizaveta Glinka (Doctor Liza).

At the end of May, the Ministry of Defense announced part of the results of the investigation into the Tu-154 disaster. The Commission rejected versions with low-quality fuel, overload and external factors. According to the military department, the catastrophe most likely occurred due to the violation of the spatial orientation of the commander.

At 5.27 Moscow time after take-off from the Sochi airfield, located in the city of Adler. The plane performed a scheduled flight on the route Moscow - Khmeimim (Latakia, Syrian Arab Republic).

Artists of the Academic Twice Red Banner Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Army named after A.V. Alexandrova in front of Russian soldiers and officers. Among the dead are the artistic director of the collective, People's Artist of Russia, Lieutenant General Valery Khalilov, deputy chief of the ensemble Andrei Sonnikov, chief choirmaster Konstantin Mayorov, five soloists. In total, the ensemble has lost almost half of its creative composition.

The plane, en route from the Chkalovsky airfield near Moscow to the Syrian Khmeimim airfield, was supposed to refuel in Mozdok. However, due to bad weather, the Tu-154 was sent to Sochi. Upon arrival at the Adler airport, the plane was taken under guard by officers of the Border Guard Service of the FSB of Russia and military personnel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

An officer of the coast guard of the border troops of the FSB, who witnessed the crash of the Tu-154, said that before the disaster he had "an unnaturally raised nose." The border guard was on a boat in the Black Sea. According to him, the plane, instead of gaining altitude, began to quickly descend to the surface of the sea, as if about to land, and the next moment touched the surface of the water with its tail, which fell off on impact.

The maximum altitude to which the plane climbed was about 250 meters, and the speed was in the range of 360-370 kilometers per hour.

To eliminate the consequences of the plane crash, the work of the operational headquarters and operational groups of the Southern Regional Center and the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory was organized. In cooperation with the relevant structures of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosmorrechflot, the Border Directorate of the FSB of Russia, the Ministry of Health of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Investigative Committee of Russia and the state authorities of the Krasnodar Territory, search and rescue operations were organized. They were carried out by forces with a total number of about 3.6 thousand people, more than 500 pieces of equipment, 45 watercraft, 15 aircraft, 16 helicopters and 20 unmanned aerial vehicles were used. The prospecting work was carried out using modern underwater robotic systems. Psychological support and medical assistance were provided to the families of the victims.

December 26, 2016 was declared a day of mourning in the Russian Federation in connection with the Tu-154 plane crash near Sochi.

In the area of the search operation at a distance of 1700 meters from the coastline along the takeoff axis of the aircraft by divers at the bottom of the Black Sea. Acoustic means in this place was determined by the radius of their spread, which was about 500 meters.

The main phase of the search and rescue operation at the crash site. Rescuers raised to the surface all the main fragments of the crashed plane.

Full search work in the Black Sea at the crash site of Tu-154.

More than half of the victims of the Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea near Moscow. After the completion of the funeral, a memorial stone was installed at the burial place of the victims.

On the fact of the crash of Tu-154 by the military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Sochi garrison on the grounds of a crime under Article 351 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of flight rules, which entailed grave consequences). Head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin. On his behalf, a criminal case for further investigation.

Questions related to the establishment of the causes of the disaster,. In addition to the military, it includes representatives of the Ministry of Transport, the Interstate Aviation Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Tupolev aviation concern.

Specialists and laboratory research facilities of the scientific and technical center of the Interstate Aviation Committee are also involved in the investigation of the disaster.

At the beginning of the investigation of the accident, the commission accepted more than 15 versions of the accident. The FSB named the main versions: foreign objects entering the engine, poor-quality fuel, piloting error and technical malfunction. Signs and facts indicating the possibility of committing a terrorist act or sabotage on board an aircraft,. Flight recorders, raised from the water, have reduced the number of versions of what happened in half.

According to the results of the investigation, it was established that the cause of the accident could be a violation of the spatial orientation (situational awareness) of the aircraft commander, which led to his erroneous actions with the aircraft control bodies.

The media again returned to the death of the Tu-154 near Sochi, the military plane in which the Alexandrov ensemble died - as they say, the cultural symbol of the Russian army, and Elizaveta Glinka- Dr. Lisa, Mother Teresa of our Northern Spaces. And several more teams of journalists were killed, a total of 92 people.

The Tu-154 flew from Moscow, from the Chkalovsky military airfield to Syria, to Damascus to raise the morale of the Russian Aerospace Forces personnel at the Khmeimim airbase on the New Year's Eve.

Flight was like flight, crew commanded by a pilot Volkova have already flown this route more than once. At the Chkalovsky military airfield, near Moscow, it is known that this is a military airfield, the mouse, it would seem, will not slip through, everyone boarded. The board followed to Damascus over the Caspian Sea, then had to refuel in Mozdok, fly over Iran, Iraq and across all of Syria to Damascus.

But this time Mozdok was closed and the board flew to refuel in Adler over the Caucasus, from the Caspian to the Black Sea. For an airplane, it's like driving a car to refuel at the nearest gas station, well, let's refuel at another, by the standards of air transport, it's a stone's throw.

In Adler, the board refueled, and supposedly no one got out and got on the plane in Adler. They took off, and after a couple of minutes disappeared from the radar. And then they found the wreckage of a Tu-154 in the Black Sea.

The newspapers wrote about all this in detail immediately after December 25. And they seem to have begun to forget about Tu. And suddenly, just before the murder in Kiev Voronenkova, and before the bulk of the riots in Moscow, suddenly again, look, a new portion of allegedly information about the death of Tu-154.

More precisely, this is not new information, but an interpretation of a piece of information that we already had.

Apparently somewhere in the high spheres of those who manage our mental health, they decided that the version of the pilot's error, which they carefully emphasized to us all these months, looks unconvincing and now they add interpretations.

I have memorized the main complaints about the pilots.

They (in fact, we are talking about one, the main pilot - the commander of the aircraft Volkov) are accused of things hitherto unheard of in the investigation of the death of aircraft, namely:

- loss of orientation in space;

- in an illusory perception of reality;

- the flight was at night and therefore difficult.

Say, the commander of the ship Volkov (now they began to say that the 4 thousand hours flown by him are not enough to call him an experienced pilot, and earlier they said that Volkov was experienced), took the stars reflected in the sea for the stars in the sky and behaved accordingly, began to decrease, instead of taking off.

Against such defamation of their deceased comrade, fellow pilots were outraged. Still some significant part of them.

They said that night flights are common and half of the flights are night flights, nothing extraordinary.

That in a night flight the commander of the ship "looks only at the instruments", because what kind of stars are there! That the Tu-154 has a large flight team, that several crew members continuously report to the commander and the altitude and everything that is needed.

True, among fellow pilots there were those who actually blamed the death of Tu pilot, one "comrade" said so, I have already quoted him that 4 thousand flights are not enough, he romantically said that "only after 10 thousand flown flights the pilot begins to feel bird ".

Returning to the formulations given in the media, in particular, to these "loss of orientation in space" and to the "illusory perception of reality", I said to myself: excuse me, but these are the symptoms of what happens to the pilot during an electronic attack.

The version of the electronic attack was at one time swept aside by the investigation.

But she was. And the supporters of this version referred to interesting data.

On the eve of the tragedy, it turns out that the French reconnaissance ship Dupuy de Lome entered the Black Sea, which can knock out all the electronics of the aircraft with a radio pulse.

The authors of the version argued that an electronic attack on the Tu-154 could have been made from this ship. Russia also has means of electronic jamming, the supporters of the version argued, they say, nothing fantastic, but the board was military, so those who attacked themselves as bloodsuckers and murderers might not feel.

The status of the flight was the highest that exists (a military ensemble, even a conductor, lieutenant general, a flight to Syria, and the like of international political importance).

The nature of the debris and the nature of the injuries inflicted on the bodies (the divers claimed that they were finely-finely chopped into gruel), as well as the scattering of the debris over a long distance, indicate an explosion on board. If the plane broke into the water, the debris would be large. And the bodies would not have been finely chopped.

And finally, even the fact that in the morning all civilian ships were forbidden to go to sea in that area, and another fact: the National Guard was set up at the coastal edge, they say that they hide from us the true cause of Tu's death.

And now the second batch of misinformation. Apparently, the top decided that you and I may still have doubts about the veracity of the accusations of all the pilots.

Therefore, here they are additionally felled. A well-known trick in the criminal world - murders are always hung on dead comrades.

Now about the airfield in Chkalovsky.

Pilot Krasnopyorov: “I flew from Chkalovsky to the east. And there was no inspection, with security much worse than at civilian airports. "

Writer Limonov: “And I flew from Chkalovsky ... There was no inspection, neither the passports were looked, nor the luggage was checked. Well, okay, I am a famous person, but there were three guards with me, and they did not demand their passports or inspect their luggage. "

The crash of the Tu-154 over the Black Sea. Why hide the truth?

This article is for people in the category 18+ .

I am very sorry for the people who died during plane crash over the Black Sea in the Sochi area 12/25/2016

We published the list of the dead in a separate article - "The list of those killed on 12/25/2016 in the Tu-154 plane crash."

We deliberately did not mix everything in one article at once - both condolences to the victims, and indignation at the distortion of information appearing in the media, injecting inaccurate information at the suggestion of "officials".

We decided to leave for history information through the eyes of eyewitnesses about how, at the suggestion of officials, information about the disaster was covered in the media. This is the purpose of the article.

We do not investigate or speculate about the reasons for the plane crash.

It is a waste of time to draw conclusions about the causes of the plane crash while sitting at the monitor screen, we assure you. If someone knows the real picture of what happened, good. We write from the point of view of an ordinary, normal person who these days received exactly the information that we simply summarized. There was a terrorist attack, there was no terrorist attack - at the moment we cannot state unequivocally ... We cannot draw conclusions, since we are not experts.

We write about facts - about what we ourselves have seen and heard. And the fact - the concealment of information from the people about the details of the plane crash, and even from the relatives of the victims in relation to the progress of searches, investigation - actually took place and is taking place. Regardless of the reasons that prompted this.

Perhaps, the conclusions of the commission will soon appear, which will slightly open the light on the reality of what happened.

And inconsistencies, contradictions, oddities, suspicious moments associated with the crash of 12/25/2016 Tu-154, a lot ...

Let's make a reservation once again that after a while, perhaps, the official version will be coherent and clear. And most likely, our arguments will "break" into the official version, which will be announced later.

But we present information the way ordinary people received and felt it, watching the news of the disaster in the media in real time.

So, let's begin.

What everyone immediately felt after the first news appeared was the absence of any clear official information about the disaster. But it was full of "stuffing" and conflicting information - including from officials.

Yes, let's just say that the plane took off from Adler, where the Sochi International Airport is located. It is 28 km from the city of Sochi (by "Sochi" here we mean a point on a geographical map without taking into account the boundaries of the city's districts). And the plane Tu-154B-2 (and not just Tu-154) of the Ministry of Defense crashed. Registration number (also called onboard) RA-85572, factory number 83A572, serial number 0572.

Perhaps the only fact about which there was no controversy in the media and in reports from officials involved in the investigation of the disaster is that the crew did not have time to send a distress signal.

Surprising, if not strange, unanimity - since there is still no accurate information regarding everything else.

1. The first statements in the media are not a terrorist attack

A strange statement, when nothing is clear yet, there is no information about the found black boxes, all the fragments of the plane were not found, the bodies of the dead were not raised, etc. There and then in the media there are several "stuffing", confirming the 100% impossibility of a terrorist attack.

And here is the route (diagram) of the Tu-154 flight through the Caspian Sea:

Here is more information about the flight across the Caspian Sea bypassing Turkey (so-l.ru/news/show/krushenie_tu_154_prervanniy_polet_v_siriyu): “... Then the route goes through the Caspian Sea, Iran, Iraq, and - also from the sea - call at the Khmeimim airfield ...

5. Incomprehensible place of the plane crash

At first, it was officially announced that the plane crashed six kilometers offshore in the Black Sea. Fragments of the fuselage and control mechanisms were found.

Later - that the plane fell one and a half kilometers from the coast. This is actually important, but more on that below.

It is said that the crash speed of the plane was 500 km / h. Let the average speed of the aircraft be at least 350 km / h (in any case, it is higher than the takeoff speed). This is almost 6 km per minute. Then in 7 minutes the plane will fly about 42 kilometers, but not seven and a half. After all, it is stated that the plane fell 6 km from the coast. And the airfield is located 1.5 km from the coastline.

In 7 minutes, the plane will fly 7.5 kilometers if its speed is about 60 km / h. Unrealistic. You need to think of something else.

Officials recall grade 3 math. It is necessary to either reduce the flight time, or reduce the flight speed.

And now the "officials" declare that the plane was in flight for 2 minutes and 21 seconds.

Okay, let's believe. At an average speed of 350 km / h, the plane will fly 13.4 kilometers in 2 minutes 21 seconds. Again a discrepancy. I remember an anecdote - "Yes, we do ... your problem." Let's better say that the plane was in flight for 70 seconds. Let's.

Now "officials" say the plane was in flight for 70 seconds. Link here - izvestia.ru/news/655312

Does the dispatcher not know how long the plane was in flight - from the moment of takeoff until the moment when communication with the plane was lost?

Information about 70 seconds appeared in the media on 12/29/2016 - 4 days after the disaster. Please note that the black boxes have not yet been deciphered at this point.

Anyway, witnesses say that the plane flew slowly. Slowly. What other questions can there be?

And the fact that the average speed of the plane could be 400, 500, and 700 km / h - so who can confirm something?

The information that gets into the media only multiplies a bunch of different versions - for example, everything is logically explained if we assume that the plane flew more than a dozen kilometers towards the Caspian Sea over the mountains, the pilots received some information, after which the connection was lost, they made a decision return by sea (so as not to fall over the mountains, but at least into the sea). Etc. Then the flight time is explained, etc.

But then all this must be recorded - in the negotiations of the crew, etc.

8. Unknown flight speed

Either the “witnesses” claim that the plane “flew slowly” with its nose turned up (“like a motorcycle on the rear wheel”), then “officials” - even before the black boxes were found - immediately declare that the plane hit the water during speed of 500 km / h - (kommersant.ru/doc/3182627) hence the large spread of aircraft fragments and body fragments.

Then the media "settled" information that the speed of the aircraft when hitting the water was still about 270 km / h.

So then what about the scatter of the fragments?

In general, whatever you say - one thing will still contradict the other. If the speed is low, there should not be a large scatter of fuselage fragments. Racing boats crash on the water at a speed of about 500 km / h, and nothing. There should not be a large scatter of aircraft fragments and bodies in any case, in any case.

With the only exception - a large spread is possible only if the plane began to fall apart in the air.

About the found 60-meter (!) Fragments of the fuselage of a 47-meter (!) Aircraft - a little later.

9. An incomprehensible flash in the sky at the time of the crash, filmed by video cameras.

What was it? Denials immediately appear in the media from officials that this has nothing to do with the disaster. That the outbreak occurred half an hour after the plane crashed. And attached is a video from the "FSB-shnoy machine" from the registrar. The video recorder in the "FSB-shnoy machine" for some reason does not show the date and time ...

Pay attention to low clouds. What could the "witness" see?

And by the way, there was no clear explanation for the flash captured by video cameras.

10. There are a lot of versions of the Tu-154 disaster, while the version of the terrorist attack is unequivocally discarded. What are the reasons for this?

Possible crew errors are discussed in the media. The bottom line, if we ignore the technical details, is something like “I pressed the brake instead of the gas pedal”. Options - flap handles, landing gear, etc. You can count a dozen "pens" that have been "confused". The professional community of pilots and colleagues completely deny pilots' mistakes, all crew members had sufficient experience.

Then the experts seriously discuss the option of the bird getting into the aircraft engine.

Only few people pay attention to this fact - birds do not fly at night... Only migratory birds fly, but not in December (over the sea). And yes - a lot of planes take off and land in Adler every day. If there are so many birds - where are examples of similar disasters?

But in the media, daytime pictures from the search site - always with birds in the background. For example, these are izvestia.ru/news/655315:

By the way, experts note that birds getting into the engine is a fairly common occurrence. But for something to go wrong, you need several dozen large birds. Where does such a flock come from over the sea at night? Even if the birds damaged the fan blades, getting into the engine path, one must remember that the Tu-154 has three of them ... The birds are dangerous for a single-engine aircraft.

Then the magic word "flaps" appears. But the flaps are retracted at a height of over 120 m in about 30-40 seconds after taking off from the strip. What are the flaps problems at the twentieth, seventh, or third minute of flight?

But "70 seconds of flight" and printouts of negotiations - "... flaps, with% ka" save the situation of those who, on the go, compose versions of the plane crash.

11. Large radius of dispersion of fragments of the aircraft body

The scatter of the aircraft debris was recorded at a distance of 1.5 to 7 km. There is information about 15 km. When hitting water from a low height, this is simply unrealistic.

Explanation of officials - “the plane's speed was high and the wreckage was planned in the water” (options - “scattered when hitting the water”, “carried away by the current”) for seven kilometers, when they sank to a depth of 30-60 meters - well, that's just ridiculous. Here is a streamlined automatic bullet at a speed of 3000 km / h - "glide" in the water no more than 5 meters in length (depth), after which the water will completely extinguish the inertia of movement, and the bullet will drown vertically. The Titanic sank at a depth of 3.8 kilometers. And the distance between its wreckage does not exceed 1.6 km. Think about these figures and compare - and in fact in the Atlantic Ocean the current is by no means stronger, and the depth is 3.8 km versus 30-60 meters ...

How many planes have landed on the water, but examples of such a spread were not something. Yes, and about the strength of the current - you can, after all, conduct an investigative experiment ...

Quite a lot of experts give information about the crash of other aircraft - and cannot give an example of similar destruction in an aircraft impact in similar situations.

This, of course, only supports the version that the plane fell apart in the air.

12. Found 60-meter (!!!) fragment (fragment) of Tu-154 fuselage ...

Perhaps, to prove that there was no explosion on board, the divers "during search work at the crash site of the Tu-154 aircraft in the Black Sea near Sochi discovered a 60-meter fragment of the fuselage."

This would have gone through like a normal message, if not for one big BUT. The length of all modifications of the Tu-154 (the entire aircraft - from nose to tail) does not exceed 47.9 meters. Who does not believe - see the reference books. Or is the Black Sea strewn with 60-meter fragments of large passenger planes?

What to believe? The first news was just about a ton ...

14. Why were so few bodies raised?

The Internet community immediately put forward two logical options - either everyone was torn to pieces by the explosion and (or) the bodies contained some evidence that could not be shown to the public and relatives (for example, fragments, etc.).

We do not consider options for the technical complexity of the search - people without diving suits dive with scuba diving to a depth of 100 meters or more. These are records, of course, but for a professional diver, working at 30-70 meters is not a problem.

The governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, said that the bodies of most of the passengers on the plane could be inside the liner under water, so they have not yet been found. Answering the question why only 11 bodies of the dead were found in a day, Kondratyev said that in the area of the crash of the aircraft, the sea current had already changed direction three times in a day.

If the bodies are inside the liner, then where is the “main” fragment of the plane? There is no him ...

15. These obscure life jackets

News breaks out in the media that some of the dead who were pulled out of the water were wearing life jackets. Here, for example, information: http://www.trud.ru/article/26-12-2016/1345439_nekotorye_passazhiry_tu-154_uspeli_nadet_spaszhilety.html

“People in vests were preparing for the evacuation,” the source said.

And then the Russian Ministry of Defense denied this message (http://www.newsru.com/russia/26dec2016/lifejacket.html) and called it “shameful insinuations”. Why react so zealously and painfully? As the saying goes, it's not without reason ...

16.With black boxes, everything is not clear at all

“Large fragments of the aircraft, including a detached tail, were found at a depth of about 70 meters. They were found with the help of an echo sounder, which registered several large objects at the bottom. " Why weren't they found with the help of signals from the "black boxes"?

It turns out that the black boxes of this particular plane were not equipped with radio beacons ... And why?

Why is there always a point in "black boxes" as from a goat of milk?

Even misunderstandings with the number of "black boxes". Actually, there should be three of them.

« - ... How many recorders were there? Was this explained to reporters today?

- Sergei Bainetov (head of the aviation safety service of the Armed Forces - ed.) Said today that there were only two recorders, there was no third recorder, all this is false information in the media. The first is a speech recorder, and the second is already parametric. As Bynetov said that the specialists who discovered these boxes, could not understand right away what they got - first thought that is parametric, but here is an error, only when they opened it, understood that it was after all speech recorder».

No comments. Although I really want to give them.

Let us ask a few rhetorical questions.

And what, really in appearance, a speech recorder cannot be distinguished from a parametric recorder? Is there any stripe or designation there? I would like to put a smiley face ... Why is it impossible to put video surveillance in the aircraft cabin and broadcast online everything that happens in the cockpit? Is it really impossible in the age of development of GPS navigation to determine the loss of a signal from an aircraft with an accuracy of a meter from a satellite? A terrorist is guided by a rocket using a signal from a cell phone, but the plane cannot be detected? Why can't signals from flight recorders be transmitted via satellite in real time?

Why not make the "duplicate" black boxes "shoot" automatically or with the help of the pilot? It is necessary - put ten boxes, not three (or two?) ... What is there to hide something - or is the data on the operation of the devices a state secret? Let the recorders, recording unclassified information, float on the surface of the water and give a signal - make them positive buoyancy ...

A number of questions were raised, of course, incorrectly, but we are sure that the "mystery" of all air crashes can be significantly reduced with the help of technical means.

Just no one needs it - it's more convenient to lie ...

17. Difficulties with decoding "black boxes"

First, the head of the Ministry of Transport, Maxim Sokolov, reports that the onboard equipment of the crashed Tu-154 aircraft was working abnormally (source - http://izvestia.ru/news/655361#ixzz4UEVvUisr), a "special" situation on board was reported within 10 seconds. Then the persons involved in the investigation report that the plane was technically sound, and everything worked in normal mode.

One of the latest news, announced on 01/28/2017, was that employees of the Research Center for the Operation and Repair of Aircraft of the Air Force of the Ministry of Defense, in which the investigation was launched, "have long forgotten how to work with film" (http://www.kommersant.ru/doc/ 3205030). It is known that all the technical parameters of the last Tu-154 flight, made in 1983, were recorded on an analog device that looks like a reel-to-reel tape recorder, similar to those that were common at the end of the last century. For this reason, the military were forced to seek help from civilian specialists of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC), whose functions include the investigation of "civilian" plane crashes. The experts concluded that all the aircraft systems were in good working order before the collision with water ...

As a result, the experts make an unambiguous conclusion that there was a crew error.

You can go on for a long time about the various details related to the plane crash: almost immediately a decision was made to disband (reorganize) the 800th Air Base (AvB) of the 2nd category, the fleet of which included the Tu-154B-2 that crashed in Sochi.

Kobzon may have already regretted that in the first hours after the disaster he told the media about his refusal to fly this board - this also gave rise to various rumors.

In general, to the question "What is happening in Russia now?" - you can safely answer: "They lie ...".

The conclusion suggests itself that this is happening with regard to information about the economy, and healthcare, and any other issues ... How can we now believe the official statements of officials in the media about the average salary in the country in the amount of 37 thousand rubles?

With regard to this particular case, there is a feeling that people were misinformed to the maximum. They were "taken away" from the true cause of the disaster.

Everything that we have stated in this article is not from the ceiling, but taken from open respected sources. Anyone can verify by typing the appropriate query in the search bar.

Why did officials contradict themselves when giving media interviews? Why was it impossible to tell the truth at once - then and now? It's good to be disgraced ...

When there is no way to communicate real information, it is more profitable not to hush it up, but to throw in a bunch of unreliable and contradictory facts. What for? Yes, so that the people are "tired" of information and give up. And what the government commission will write there in a year will not worry anyone.

Even if it was a terrorist attack, why hide information from the people? “They took pity on people before the New Year” - hardly. It would be better if December 31 was a non-working day ...

If there really was a terrorist attack, then this entails the need to recognize the extra victims of the military operation in Syria, incomprehensible to the majority of Russian citizens. Any state benefits from a small victorious war rather than a protracted conflict with a large number of victims. After all, then you will have to answer questions ...

Perhaps this is precisely where the answer to the silence and lies about the Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea on 12/25/2016 lies.

If there is a terrorist attack, it means that next time no conductor and no passenger on the train will take the "parcel" for transmission - life is more expensive. And he'd better report a suspicious subject just in case.

And despite the big names, no one will turn a blind eye to the cargo carried on board - if inspection, then inspection of everything and everyone, without exceptions.

After all, this can save the lives of many people.

We have no doubt that after some time the official version of the disaster will take a harmonious and logical form, after which everything will gradually subside in the news. And everything stated in this article may lose its relevance.

This article was written in real time - in the order in which the information appeared in the media about crash TU-154 over the Black Sea.

And the harmony and consistency of the official version is clearly not enough for all forty days after the disaster ...

The problem is that false information and concealment of facts undermine the authority of the authorities. It is not yet known for whom the "person responsible for information about the disaster" works. Or "responsible". If on "ours" - then it is painfully careless. As Ostap Bender would say - low grade, not clean work ...

Why should we do worse to ourselves by "rocking" the situation in the country? Neither the authorities nor the common people need this.

For example, other countries declare that Russia is guilty of this and that - there is no need to go far for examples.

“Ours”, as always, awkwardly begin to make excuses.

However, if the people constantly deceive "their own", and the people see it (and the people see everything) - of course, many will succumb and succumb to the influence of foreign propaganda.

And who knows, how was it really there ...

P.S. from 03/14/2017.

We continue to follow the development of events related to the investigation of the Tu-154 disaster that occurred on December 25, 2016 over the Black Sea.

So, the news in the media from 03/14/2017.

Further we quote from the materials of Kommersant (link - kommersant.ru/doc/3241365):

According to the results of a technical investigation, the experts concluded that the plane did not fall at all, but landed on the water in a controlled flight under the control of the crew commander.

The plane, as shown by 3D modeling, took off in an absolutely normal mode. After takeoff, the crew also did not make any of the traditional mistakes in such cases - the car did not reach supercritical angles of attack, did not lose speed, did not get into a spin and did not fall at all(!!! ???). About a minute after taking off from the ground, the Tu-154 gained an altitude of about 250 m and a speed of about 360-370 km / h, and immediately after that on board, as the interlocutor of Kommersant put it, "an emergency situation began to develop rapidly." It manifested itself in the fact that the managing pilot is the crew commander, who should have climbed further, - in fact, put the car into landing mode... Tu-154, as shown by modeling, within ten seconds - until the collision with water - decreased in the so-called controlled flight under the control of the pilot.

According to experts, the pilot's disorientation in space could become the cause of the tragedy. Gaining altitude in the dark, over the sea, the pilot did not visually control the position of the machine, since he did not see any landmarks ahead or even the horizon. Even the stars, which were both above and below, in the form of reflections on the surface of the water (!!!), could disorient the crew. In this difficult situation, the piloting pilot, according to experts, had to completely trust the instruments, the readings of which the crew commander apparently ignored, relying on his experience and physiological sensations. For example, the overload that arose during the acceleration of the car could create the illusion of a climb for the pilot(!!!) - while the plane was actually descending.

In general, the conclusions of the experts contain one thing - the crew is to blame and that's it.

And now our commentary on this news.

They even hesitated to show all this nonsense on TV, since this news on 03/14/2017 was immediately criticized by the Internet community.

Indeed, the conclusions of the "experts" do not stand up to scrutiny:

We have already written about the flight time earlier. It was established that the plane flew for more than a minute.

About flight speed - too. It was previously established, and also by experts, that the takeoff speed of the aircraft was 345 km / h. Then the plane just picks up speed. Previously, experts claimed a speed of 500 km / h at the time of collision with the surface of the water. But in the news of 03/14/2017 it is also stated about the acceleration of the car, as a result of which "the overload could create the illusion of the pilot ascending." Acceleration is a physical quantity that for all normal people means an increase in speed. Or maybe the experts meant “negative acceleration” but forgot to mention it? Well, isn't it nonsense?

About the stars, which are reflected on the surface of the water, by which the pilot was guided, not giving a damn about the readings of the instruments, only a stoned drug addict could write. It was cloudy that night, and no stars in the sky or in the water simply could be seen "from a height of 250 meters." In the end, the pilot was far from a beginner, so that he could “navigate by the stars” during takeoff, completely “ignoring the instruments”.

But what about the testimony of a "witness" who at night saw the plane flying like a "motorcycle on the rear wheel"? What about the usual planned "controlled descent" of the aircraft during landing in this case? In general, somewhere they lie unambiguously.

But what about the shouts of "flaps, flaps" during the negotiations of the crew - how is this explained now? But no way ...

When a plane crashes or descends, everyone actually feels it, and experienced pilots even more so.

We do not want to repeat ourselves about the inconsistencies and oddities associated with the Tu-154 disaster on December 25, 2016 over the Black Sea - everything is already described in our article. And about the scattering of debris, and so on ...

It is a pity for the crew, who cannot now confirm their innocence. At least the Ministry of Defense denies the version of the crew error.

And the official version of the disaster from 03/14/2017 - failed. There are no literate people left in the reserve who at least could come up with something more explainable, normal and logical? We are no longer even talking about an objective investigation ... As they say - to the initial one ...

P. S... from 01.06.2017

Finally, on May 31, 2017, it became known about the "true" causes of the disaster.

The government commission recognized the human factor as the main cause of the catastrophe - as factors accompanying the catastrophe, experts named the crew "fatigue and poor professional training".

To be honest, no other conclusions from the government commission were expected, but such cynicism in the conclusions of the experts was not expected.

It turns out that the Tu-154 was supposed to make a so-called training (!) Flight in the BT category (off-piste) for the transportation of troops (passengers), equipment and cargo. That is, the training (!) Was carried out at the ensemble of them. Alexandrova ...

After takeoff, "the control pilot found himself in the grip of somatogravitational illusions." Instead of being guided by instruments, the pilot was guided by "his own physiological sensations."

Note: recall that we are talking about a night takeoff ... Write in the conclusions that the pilots did not pay attention to the readings of the instruments - well, this is already too much ...

According to the conclusion of the commission, it turns out that the weight of the transported cargo was only 150 kg.

Note: yeah, but the weight of the instruments and props alone belongs to the ensemble. How much is Aleksandrov, may I ask?

There is no point in continuing to analyze the conclusion of the commission, everything has already been said above ...

Of course, it is easiest for everyone involved in the disaster to blame the crew - the crew will no longer be able to argue ...

We can only hope that sooner or later people will find out the real, and not the invented, cause of the Tu-154 disaster over the Black Sea ...

Dr. Lisa

The list of passengers published by the Ministry of Defense includes the director of the international organization "Fair Aid" Elizaveta Glinka (also known as Doctor Lisa). According to an Interfax source, Glinka flew on board this plane from Moscow to Sochi, but did not go to Syria.

In the message of the fund, it is noted that Glinka really took off on this flight: she was accompanying a humanitarian cargo for the Tishrin hospital in Latakia. "IPO" Fair Help "does not have any information in connection with the catastrophe," - says in.

Doctor Lisa's husband, lawyer Gleb Glinka, told Snob that his wife was on board at the time of the crash. There is no other confirmation of this information.

The website of the Presidential Human Rights Council, of which Glinka was a member, published a statement by its head Mikhail Fedotov, in which he confirmed that Doctor Lisa was supposed to take medicines to a hospital in Latakia.

“Dr. Lisa was everyone's favorite. And there was a reason: it was she who for many years almost daily provided palliative care, fed the homeless, clothed them, gave them shelter. It was she who, under bullets, took out sick and wounded children from Donbass so that they could get help in the best hospitals in Moscow and St. Petersburg. It was she who organized a shelter for amputee children, where they undergo rehabilitation after the hospital, ”the statement said.

What Dr. Lisa did

Elizaveta Glinka received all-Russian fame after she organized a collection of aid in favor of the victims during large forest fires in the European part of Russia. The Foundation provided humanitarian aid and equipment to fire victims and volunteer firefighters. In 2012, the Doctor Lisa Foundation organized a collection of humanitarian aid for flood victims in Krymsk (Krasnodar Territory). Together with TV presenter Ksenia Sobchak, Elizaveta Glinka organized a charity auction, at which more than 16 million rubles were collected for flood victims.

Humanitarian aid during military conflicts

After the outbreak of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, Glinka took part in helping people living in eastern Ukraine. She repeatedly traveled to Donbass during the hostilities and brought children in need of treatment from there to Moscow, and also donated medicines and humanitarian aid. In total, since March 2014, Dr. Liza has visited Donbass almost 20 times.

During the war in Syria, Glinka traveled to the country on humanitarian missions - she was engaged in the delivery and distribution of medicines, and the organization of medical assistance for the civilian population.

Disaster investigation

The press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Vladimir Putin was promptly informed about the incident. The President, according to Peskov, is in constant contact with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who held a video conference with the leadership of the Armed Forces on the organization of search and rescue operations. The Defense Ministry commission to investigate the plane crash flew to Adler early in the morning.

The President instructed Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to form a state commission to investigate the Tu-154 crash. Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov headed the commission. December 26 is declared a day of mourning.

A criminal case under article “Violation of flight rules or preparation for them” (Article 351 of the Criminal Code) was initiated by the Investigative Committee. As the official representative of the department Svetlana Petrenko told RBC, a group of employees of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee, who have extensive experience in investigating aviation accidents, have been sent to Sochi. According to the head of the press service of the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office Natalia Zemskova, a joint group of employees of the supervisory agency and the Ministry of Defense also flew to Sochi.

Emergency services found an oil slick 6-8 km offshore in the Black Sea. The wreckage of the aircraft was found at a depth of 50-70 m, one and a half kilometers from the coast. Personal belongings of passengers are found 12-14 km from the coast, the first body was found 6 km from the coast.

The head of the monitoring service of the central joint All-Russian Society for Rescue on Waters, Vladimir Gritsikhin, believes that the wreckage of the Tu-154, under favorable conditions, can be lifted from the bottom in a week. “The depth of 50-70 m is not great, it is quite possible to gently lift large fragments with soft pontoons. The depth is such that it is unlikely that anyone can be saved, but it is possible to lift all the fragments of the aircraft. I think that everything can be extracted in a week if the services work on time. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has good specialists, if they call, we will connect, ”he told TASS.

This is the fifth plane crash involving the Tu-154 over the past ten years.

On January 1, 2011, the Tu-154 B-2 plane, flying from Surgut to Moscow, caught fire on the runway. The evacuation of 134 passengers and crew members was carried out, three people were killed, about 40 were injured. The plane burned down completely.

On April 10, 2010, the Tu-154 of the President of Poland, flying from Warsaw to Smolensk, fell while landing at the Severny military airfield in the Smolensk region. 89 passengers and eight crew members, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski, were killed.

On July 15, 2009, a Tu-154 crashed in Iran, making a flight from Tehran to Yerevan. On board the aircraft were 153 people plus 15 crew members, among the passengers were mainly citizens of Armenia, as well as Iran and Georgia. They all died.

On August 22, 2006, the Tu-154M, flying from Anapa to St. Petersburg, lost control and fell into a flat spin. The plane crashed near the village of Sukha Balka near Donetsk. 160 passengers were killed, including 49 children and ten crew members.

Versions of what happened

The official reasons for the plane crash have not yet been named. Roshydromettsentr notes that the weather conditions in the area of the crash on the morning of December 25 were normal and easy for piloting the plane. An Interfax source in the emergency services said that as one of the versions of the plane crash, a bird hit the Tu-154 engine (there is a station of migratory birds and an ornithopark near Sochi). In addition, according to the source, versions of the technical malfunction of the Tu-154 and the possible refueling of the aircraft with low-quality fuel are being considered. According to a RIA Novosti source, a crew error could have been the cause of the crash.

“If a bird were hit, the crew would have the opportunity to report back to the ground. After takeoff, the crew gained sufficient altitude, birds do not fly at that altitude, "- said in a conversation with RBC, flight safety specialist Alexander Romanov, pointing out that one of the most likely versions of what happened, he considers a terrorist attack.

"Fontanka" in the Ministry of Defense notes that the FSB was involved in the investigation. Security officers are checking everyone who might have approached the ship at the Chkalovsky military airport and in Adler. Security officials are working out a version of a terrorist attack. This information is confirmed by the interlocutor of RBC in the FSB. According to him, we are talking about a standard check, which is carried out in such cases. In the public relations center, the FSB could neither officially confirm nor deny information about a possible terrorist attack.

“If there was an instant loss of communication with the crew, then it was most likely an aircraft explosion or a collision in the air with some object,” Yuri Sytnikov, a member of the presidential commission on the development of general aviation, told RBC.

“The plane sat down for refueling, in this case, many technical services approached the plane, so people had the opportunity to put an explosive device in the compartments,” Romanov is sure.

As the honored test pilot Hero of Russia Yuri Vashchuk believes, equipment failure is unlikely. He believes that an incident on board the plane could have led to the disaster.

The Kommersant correspondent in the Krasnodar Territory reports that at the time of the crash, none of the local residents heard the explosion or saw the flash.

The source of "Interfax" in the power structures excludes the version of the terrorist attack. “Apparently, when the aircraft collided with the water surface, a water hammer occurred, which entailed a large scattering of debris,” the agency's interlocutor said.

“It happened after takeoff, when the landing gear and flaps are being retracted. There are tons of technical things that can happen here. As a result, the plane may just roll over because of its low speed, ”Honored Test Pilot of the USSR Viktor Zabolotsky said in a conversation with RBC.

“For three engines to fail at once, something supernatural has to happen. The failure of even one engine is a critical situation, but I do not think that it could lead to a disaster. Something happened on board, to which the pilots did not have time to react. So, for example, it was with the crash of a passenger plane over Egypt. There was a lightning depressurization of the plane, and it lost control, "- said Vashchuk RBK.

President of the Association of Veterans of the Anti-Terror Unit "Alpha" Sergei Goncharov told RBC that the version of the terrorist attack may exist, but not as a priority. “This is an aircraft of the Ministry of Defense, it is serviced at a high level by trusted people. All the people we knew were in the liner, there were no strangers. The plane did not fly over the sea for so long, and if there was an explosion, someone from the eyewitnesses would have heard it, ”Goncharov noted.

There were no complaints about the plane

The crashed Tu-154 was released more than 30 years ago, but “there were no complaints about its technical condition,” an emergency service source told Interfax. Before departure the aircraft was in good working order; in general, the Tu-154 was operated “in a sparing mode”.

The Ministry of Defense said that the last repair of the liner took place in December 2014, RIA Novosti reports. The crashed aircraft was controlled by the first class pilot Roman Volkov, who had flown more than 3000 hours.

The Tu-154 that crashed near Sochi has undergone three major overhauls during its operation, the press service of the Russian Machines corporation told TASS. “The Tu-154 aircraft number 85572 was produced on March 29, 1983 at the Kuibyshev aircraft plant (now the Aviakor aircraft plant). The last, the third overhaul of the aircraft took place at Aviakor in December 2014. Since the implementation of this overhaul, the operator has not received any applications from the operator for scheduled periodic maintenance of the aircraft and extension of resources. Accordingly, Aviakor did not service this aircraft, "the company said in a statement.

After the plane crash, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov said that the decision to decommission Tu-154 aircraft "would be premature." “The service life of this aircraft today is 40 years, and if we take foreign analogs, then some aircraft have a service life of up to 60 years, so in aviation there are completely different principles of resource assignment, the issue of operating time to a cycle,” Manturov noted.

Since the beginning of the 2000s, the Tu-154 has been decommissioned almost everywhere.

S7 Airlines was the first to announce the withdrawal of Soviet-made aircraft Tu-154 and Il-86 from its fleets. In November 2009, the “Rossiya” airline based in St. Petersburg stopped flying the Tu-154. The carrier replaced these aircraft with Boeing 737s, but later opted for the A320 family. Aeroflot announced its plans in 2008 and completed the process in early 2010. The main reasons for the withdrawal of the Tu-154 from the fleets are the low fuel efficiency of the aircraft, as well as the high accident rate.

In January 2014, only 80 Tu-154 aircraft remained in operation in the world. As of July 2016, the only commercial operator of Tu-154 aircraft in Russia was ALROSA with two aircraft.

The last aircraft of the family with serial number 998 was produced on February 19, 2013 and handed over to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
