The terrain on the left bank of the Yauza, adjacent to the Medvedkov, is obliged to his owner of the boyar Fedor Andreevich on the nicknamed Sviblov (Swivel - Sheeply), the approximate Moscow Prince Dmitry Donskoy. It is known that F. A. Sviblova belonged to one of the ancient clans who have common ancestors with ancestors A. S. Pushkin.

In the book "Sea Starina" of Moscow "of 1894, the publication is noted that "Sviblovo is known from the 17th century. It is located on the Yauza River, and the remnants of the once well-planned garden are visible in it. It was given to the princess Sophia Alexeevna Prince you. You. Golitsin. Regarding the cemetery, legend says: Some of the owners of Sviblovo promised Once the German to give the space of the Earth on which he will run away his dog; the German overtakes the dog, got the earth and arranged the colony and cemetery ... "(Cyt. According to Aleksandrov Yu. Moscow: Dialogue Guides - M.: Moscow Workers, 1986.).

Within a few centuries, the village of Sviblovo repeatedly changed its owners, but his name remained unchanged. At about 1620, Sviblovovo was granted to the defender of Moscow with the Claims of Leru Afanasyevich Plescheyev.

Another outstanding name is inscribed in the history of this place - N.M. Karamzin. Summer 1801 he holds his wife in Sviblovo. Here in the once of such picturesque places on the shore of Yauza in Karamzin, the idea of writing monumental labor on the history of the Russian state is born.

Barsky House, standing on the shore of Jaws, was built by I. P. Kozhevnikov. He received an inheritance from his father, some of which went to the construction of a house and a closure factory, which subsequently brought the owner a considerable income.

On the territory of the temple there is a decorated Barsky house. On this scenery, the Barsky House is depicted as it will be in the future. Handsomely! I would like these plans to be fulfilled.

Sviblovo and surroundings

According to the Northern District Sviblovo. The area is quite interesting and even legendary, although most residents of the city are not associated with anything specific, while some quarters of this area are known far beyond.

So interesting in Sviblovo, stroll around the area ->

Sviblovo is a relatively small area of Moscow with a population of about 61 thousand people, which for Moscow is a rather modest indicator. For example, 252 thousand people live, and 252 thousand people live, and 161 thousand in the course of the population of Goliano - 161 thousand.

The old name Sviblovo was first mentioned in the spiritual letter of Vasily I at the end of the 14th century. The lands here belonged to the boyar Fedor Svibolo, why the village was first called Fedorovsky, and then they began to call Sviblov. "Svibli" or "Schwibli" in the old Russian language was called ton-speaking and whispered.

In the 19th century in Sviblov, Karamzin lived.

Of course, from those times and from the village here, except for the manor and the temple, nothing remains, and everything that we see in the area was built in the 20th century.

The general view of the district at the metro today is the following:

The metro here appeared relatively late, only in 1978:

Construction of the metro Sviblovo

Even now, several old trees remained from the once large plot with pines:

Our route around the area will run as follows:

We will go a little in the direction of the square with the signs of the zodiac, then through the Sviblovo 1950s, along the Yauza, the courtyards of the 1960s and go back to the subway.

The area is located in the north of the city, so it was logical here that the names of the streets let them remind the North: Snow, Bering Street, Beering Travel, Kola Street, Nansen's passage and others.

Near the metro in the late 2000s tight to residential buildings and a small shopping center was built by the Chapel Chapel of the Sacred Martyr Vladimir:

Interestingly, this small temple in the old style built instead of another temple, wooden, which stood closer to the subway:

This is a regional enterprise - TsNIIS, deciphering for some reason as the Research Institute of Transport Construction. The institute itself was formed in 1935, but in the current construction moved in 1950, when the production and experimental base on the Beskidnik railway line was commissioned. Here were engaged in the design of large transport hubs and objects, in particular Baikal Amur highway (BAM)

Since until 1960, this territory was not within the city, then around the Stalinist houses for workers were built around.

Here, in the depths of the slide, you are in a quarter from one scientific companion of Moscow, such as Dubna or Zhukovsky.

In the middle of the square to the "Khrushchev time" stood a monument to Stalin:

So the street looked in the early 1950s, when there was still a scientific settlement outside of Moscow, a little uncomfortable city of Babushkin:

Until now, it is not like somewhere in Moscow, in a small post-war town:

The main decoration of the district, no doubt, can be called the Jauza River with landscaped embankments

In Sviblovo, a former railway bridge of 1900 buildings was preserved, transformed into a pedestrian

The bridge remained here from closed in 1987 and dismantled Beskidnikovskaya railway. This one-section railway joined the Yaroslavl and Savölovsk direction and appeared even earlier than the Savelovsky railway station. At the initial stage of the train of both directions were sent from the Yaroslavl railway station. After the construction of the Savelovsky railway station, the line lost its importance, but again began to be actively used after the opening of the Institute of Path (TsNNIIS), in addition, until the mid-1960s, the inclusion of the area in Moscow and the parish of the tram of this line were actively used by the villagers. At the same time, the electric trains went here even in the 1980s:

The pearl area, of course, is the manor Sviblovo

The main house of the estate of Naryshkin was originally built in 1704. True, in the 19th century the house was prescribed and redoned in the fashion of that time.

It also preserved a beautiful temple of the Library Trinity, built in 1708 in the style of Naryshkin Baroque.

Alas, and the temple, and the estate in Soviet times were very victims and were, fortunately, restored in the 1990s. So they looked back in the late 1980s:

It is difficult to find out, but he, however, is well known to the majority of us:

By the way, all these five-story buildings fell into the renovation program, so hurry to see.

And from the roof of this brick "eight-story stores", a panorama of the district was filmed:

In 1964, the area looked like this:

The same view of our time: everything is drowning in greenery and has grown new homes:

Return to the subway! Goodbye, Sviblovo!

Remember, Moscow is not only the Kremlin, and the absolute majority of the city's population lives far from the center, but in areas with their own, sometimes, long and busy history.

The late XVIII - early XIX centuries. Unfortunately, the time did not spare her, but also something that managed to preserve is of interest as a historic and cultural monument. In the twentieth century, many rare buildings were lost, but today the manor Sviblovo is born again. In 1994, the Government of Moscow decided to transfer the estate and creating the Sviblovsky Patriarchard on its territory.

History

According to an ancient legend, the name of the estate is associated with the name of the Voivod Svibli, who served under Dmitry Donskoy. The foundation is mentioned in the works of A. S. Pushkin, the works of N. M. Karamzin, but as Swirlovo.

Starting from the XVII century, these lands belonged to the nature of Plescheyev. Then they went to hold to the Kravchem Peter the First, who subsequently served before the post of commandant of St. Petersburg, and then became Governor of Moscow.

Main House

In 1704, stone chambers appeared in the estate. The main house was built by Swedish soldiers who were captured after in 1709 was rebuilt from Stone Trinity Church. The bell twisted her the owner as a trophy from the Swedes.

Judging by the preserved documents, the manor Sviblovo was surrounded by a Garden in English style. It was firing, linden and along them were planted flower beds with various plants. In this garden was the theater.

The main house was very picturesque looked from Jousy. In the radiation, it was an artificial island, which was divided into four sectors and decorated with a picturesque arbor. Wooden rotunda of Tesa, having tent coverage, ended with Belvedere. And her top walked spire. In those days, with the help of the dams that were erected near the island, the meadow was filled with water, and it was possible to get to the rotunda only on a wooden dam. From the house was laid a walkway to the bathhouse. Here the round platform was organized with a pavilion for recreation.

To the genus of Golitsyn, this manor crossed after M. S. Plesecheeva became a spouse of one of the representatives of this ancient kind - P. Ya. Golitsyn. True, the owners of the estate were not long.

In 1782, the manor bought Major General N. P. Vysotsky, who was a nephew Grigory Potemkin - Favorite Empress Catherine Second. In the 20s of the XIX century, the estate reappears again to the new owner. This time, they become a rich merchant I. P. Kozhevnikov, and in 1867 it buys B. K. Khalatov. Its the last owner in front of the October Revolution was his son - B. B. Khalatov.

Manor after the revolution

During the reign of the Bolshevik authorities, the manor Sviblovo gradually began to decline - part of the park was cut down, many buildings were demolished, and those buildings that were preserved were carried out for economic needs.

Initially, in the main manor house, placed the Revenue of the local settlement, later they arranged here for military personnel who were attributed to the railway security at that time.

Manor Sviblovo today

Since 1997, Sviblovo's manor, whose photo you see in our article is the property of the Russian Orthodox Church. It is gradually reborn.

To date, the territory is enlarged here, the ponds are cleaned, the channel is restored, located around the island. It was recreated by the lost gazebo-rotunda. Restored and the main house of the manor, which is built in the style of classicism.

Once its facade parts decorated with elegant balconies, based on the columns. The second floor and mezzanine were built of wood, but during the restoration they were made of stone. The central part of the structure is highlighted in portico, which consists of four columns.

On both sides of the main house of the estate there are lamps, which attach rigor and solemnity. With the initial construction, they were also wooden, but during the reconstruction they were built from bricks.

Until our times, a Mr. Lyuda Flegene was preserved. It was built at the beginning of the XIX century on the foundation of the chambers, which were built in the XVIII century. Above him at the end of the XIX century, a wooden second floor was built.

The temple of the lifelong Trinity in the manor Sviblovo

Surprisingly, but this survived in the manor. It was built in 1708 in the Baroque style. The temple in the manor of Sviblovo is distinguished by the decorative decoration of interior facilities made in the same style. True, some elements of architecture are added to them, which are typical for Petrovsky time. At the end of the XVII century, a bell tower, built in the style of classicism, appeared next to the temple.

School in the manor Sviblovo

Today, the Orthodox School named after Sergius Radonezh is running in the estate. She accepted his first student in September 2001. The opening of the school blessed Alexy II - the Patriarch of All Russia. In nine years (2010), the school received the status of a non-state secondary general education of Orthodox school. Having received a license in 2011, the school became an independent general education institution.

In addition to the general educational program, school students study such disciplines such as the law of God, the foundations of Orthodox culture, church singing, liturgical, the history of the new and ancient languages.

Additionally, the guys are engaged in various crafts - beaded embroidery, ceramics, artistic embroidery, master the basics of gold sewing, lace weave, and are engaged in silk. Students of the school participate in the All-Russian and international exhibitions, where their works will never be not observed.

Available to school students and the lessons of the bases of stage skills, where young dating put interesting performances, remove films that dedicate the anniversary events in the life of the country and the Orthodox Church.

Children and youth school choir is a permanent participant of All-Russian and international competitions and festivals of Russian folk and spiritual music. He became their laureate many times.

Today, the manor Sviblovo, located at the address of Lazorovo passage, 15, has become a place of cultural recreation of many Muscovites who want to know the history of native places.

The village of Sviblovo is first mentioned in the spiritual letter of Grand Duke Vasily I as the village Timofeevskoye on Jauze, which Sviblovo sent soon - presumably, on behalf of Fyodor Andreevich Svibli, who was a governor at Dmitry Donskoy. "Sweet", "Schwibele" in the surprise meant a whisen, tonasky.

Then the owners changed more than once, and finally, in 1620, Zhoscheyev "For the Moscow Siege Seat of the Korovica, the parish," for the Moscow Siege Seat, was heard, and then was inherited, and in 1704 Naryshkin took possession of Cyril Alekseevich. He built stone chambers, a stone trinity church, a maltented plant, but after a Poltava battle, his people brought their people to other faiths, and Sviblov settled the prisoners of Swedes, "all sorts of craftsmen." In 1721, after a loud land process, the village of Plescheyev was returned to the village, but due to lack of funds came to be launched.

At the beginning of the XIX century, almost two years "hires a wonderful rural house in beautiful places near Moscow" N.M. Karamzin. Here, in Sviblov, he thinks the idea of writing the history of the state, which is devoted to the rest of his life.

In the 20s of the XIX century, Sviblovo buys I.P. Kozhevnikov. It builds an exemplary cloth factory running on imported equipment. At the same time, visit the guests to listen to invited artists in the estate of Sviblovo to concert evenings. At that time, the Gypsy singer Stesha (Stepanid Sidorovna Soldatova) was used at the time. In the 50s, production construction is developing rapidly, which addicted neighboring groves and meadows. In Sviblov, factories were built: a wool merchant Karaseva, a cloud-weaving merchant of Sinitina, a wool shop Wassen, Sukonny Shaposhnikov.

From the 70s and before the October events of 1917, the estate owned by Mining Engineer Georgy Bakhtiyarovich Khalatov. Here, before the revolution, the Appretaged and Weaving Production of the merchant of Wolfberg was established, there was also a wool establishment of the merchant Dupon. At the same years, a nearby small village of Filino, located slightly above the course of the Yauza River, owned by Richter. The lands of this small village are also part of the modern sweat.

In 1917, economic owners were no longer. And the flourishing earlier Sviblovo comes in full decline: the estate ruins, the church is destroyed, the park and ponds will overgrow. Not heard wonderful musication, there are no elegant magnificent guests. Even the gate in the estate can no longer be called neither parade or inbound ...

The second birth of the estate began in 1994, when the decision of the Moscow government was transferred to the patriarchy.

Currently, the manor has the status of the Patriarchal Mountain, the abbot of which is Archpriest Sergius (Kiselev). The center of the Crafts of the North-Eastern Administrative District is operating on its territory, the school of arts is open, in which young people introduce the cultural heritage of Russia, teach weaving skills, lace, beads, floristics, painting. As well as the Troitskaya degree of Moscow and the Orthodox gymnasium.

Your attention is the result of fifteen-year-old restoration works.

Two-Press - the main throne is consecrated in the name of the Trinity of the Library, came in the name of the Great Martyr George Victorious. Built in the style of Naryshkinsky Baroque. In Soviet times (in 1938), the church was closed and used as a business building until 1990. During this time, the building suffered greatly, there were even sketches of the inner decoration and the painting of the temple.

Manor "Sviblovo" (Old Sviblovo) - a small cozy manor in the north of Moscow. It was built alongside a small village of the same name, which was here in the middle of the XV century.

The most interesting place in the park is a small island with a rother in the middle. Around the island dug in a diameter of 60 m. Absolutely round shape.

The rotunda itself is called the "Temple of Air". It leads from different sides four bridges.

A local resident leads us to the park and estate - our girlfriend named Venus. Part-time it is a musician.

From 1722 to 1725, Peter I was living in the manor, Anna Petrovna. There was its residence on the spot where we now stand. Only Rotunda remained from the residence.

Sviblovsky spring. Earlier, the water from the spring went to the estate and the fountain, and now simply pour. Water drinks is not recommended. Oh, how this water is not recommended! But you can wash.

Near the estate there are Sviblovsk ponds.

Sviblovsky pond with an island until recently was one of the most overgrown with algae of Moscow ponds. And now the number of all sorts of jugs is striking.

Bypassing the pond and the estate will take quite a bit of time - a walking step with a little.

People come here on picnics. We have seen a lot of "vacationers", dragging from cars all sorts of mangals, bags with coal and tons of kebab.

Although for those who arrive early, local mangals and tables with benches are provided. I even regretted the kebabs into our plans were not included.

According to an ancient legend, the name of the village is associated with the Voivod Sviboli, who served at Dmitry Donskoy. True, in the works and works of Nikolai Mikhailovich Karamzin and Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin, the estate is referred to as "Swirlovo".

For almost the entire XVII century. The village belonged to representatives of the genus Plescheyev. At the beginning of the XVIII century. Selo owned relative Peter I - K.A.Naryshkin. After Naryshkin, the manor changed a lot of owners. At different times, Golitsyn, Plescheyev, and others were owned at the beginning of the XIX century. N.M. Kamarasin lived in Sviblovo.

In 1704, Naryshkin builds stone chambers. The main house of Swedish soldiers captured during the Poltava battle. In 1709, the local Trinity Church was rebuilt in Stone, the bell on which he got the owner from the Swedes as a trophy.

This is the main house of the manor Sviblovo. On the sides - two completely identical flaghels.

And this is a "human outhouse". Economic construction from the very beginning to the present day.

There was some strange oriental gazebo on the territory of the estate, which absolutely does not fit with the rest of the buildings around.

Chapel of the Exaltation of the Cross of the Lord.

In 1782, the manor complex redeem Major General N.P. Vysotsky, who had a nephew of the Favorit of Catherine Second Gregory Alexandrovich Potemkin. It is with him "Sviblovo" acquires the kind of what we see it now.

Near the Temple grows a bush of Persian lilac very rich coloring. And the aroma is such that it simply brings down.

It was this lilac that made me the strongest impression of everything that I saw in the Sviblovo estate.
