Worst hotel we have ever been. “Imera” is deception in everything. The information stated on the hotel's website does not correspond to reality. The parking area belongs to the backyard, there were baby carriages, garbage bags, fittings were lying around, the parking is not guarded. There was no buffet or animation. On the beach, no canopies and sun loungers were found. A playground with peeling paint, the elevator works from the fifth press, saving on everything for decent money. It is problematic to return the amount paid; the reception desk says that they will not return the money.

Well, let's start with the negative. We rested in July 2018 for a period of 10 days. The first thing that caught my eye was the parking. IT simply does not exist. Although, when booking in February, we were convinced that everything is there and there will be a place for your car. As a result, we put the car wherever it was necessary. With us, the man broke the glass in the car, who and what is unknown. The hotel is not obliged to look after the cars. Move on. At the reception there is a rating plate with a booking room of 8.6 points. I understand you may be appreciated that way, but in reality this rating is a maximum of 3.
Upon arrival, they gave one card for three. Payment for the room only in cash, or transfer to their account. The whole world pays with cards even in the market, but we only have cash. Everything in the room works from a card in a special slot. We put the food in the refrigerator, the heat, and when we go to the beach we take out the card and take it with us, in connection with which everything turns off. They asked for a second card, we were refused. We left the card in the room and drove the maids to a sweat for a couple of days to open the room to us. As a result, they gave me another card. HURRAH!!! Next, the Internet. On the first day we went to a communication salon and bought a modem for 2500. Because the Internet just crawls. And working on a computer is not possible. Consider who is working on vacation. There is no security as such. Therefore, in the hotel everyone is from neighboring hotels and, in general, strangers. Children ride the elevator for hours and no one will say a word to them. And they SAY THAT they save electricity. FUNNY!!!
Now let's go over the positive. The room is quite decent. Cleaning and linen change, every two days. The pool is large, the cafe is right by the pool. The cuisine is quite decent and varied. The price tag is certainly not ice. Even for us.
Also, all and sundry go to the pool. If you have a hotel, then make something like a border, who are theirs and who are not. Russia in one word. The dining room is quite edible. The average price tag for a meal for three is 1000r. Cool.
After opening Crimean bridge there is nothing to do at our resorts. Just one big market and a collective farm. I hope my review will tell someone where and how to go to rest.

"Imera" is not just a hotel but a whole complex! In Vityazevo there are no more such people, and indeed they do not exist in nature! We are very glad that we chose this particular hotel throughout Vityazevo, and not some other option, although many places were offered at our request. I would like to thank the cheerful and positive staff, chefs, pool man and other hotel staff for their attentiveness and hard work! Our vacation this year really differed from the previous ones, it is much more comfortable, and our children are much happier than before! And all thanks to you, dear ones! The whole family had a rest in "Imera"! I am a grandmother, I also had my grandchildren Artem and Liza, as well as their parents Olga and Vyacheslav. We are from Voronezh. I've never been like this before luxury hotel... We used to have a rest in the private sector. But the son and daughter-in-law insisted on good hotel... They never skimp on vacation. As a grandmother, I really liked Vityazevo. The most important thing for me is that my grandchildren are happy. Children were speechless at the sight of such attractions. For the first time I visited the water park. It's great, of course, and what modern technologies won't come up with. I liked the food at the hotel, so I appreciate the food according to my grandmother's strictness. The rooms are superior and the feel is excellent. It is convenient to come, sleep, wake up. In the mornings, a pool and exercise, in the afternoon the sea and attractions, and in the evening a walk along the wonderful Vityazevo. In general, the rest was a success!
