Rafting on the river white report kuban. Water trips, rafting on the rivers of the Caucasus - transport services for transfer, transfer

  • 22.12.2019

When rafting along the route and passing obstacles, the pilot was used (paragraph 11 of the report), the water level corresponded to the pilot. A detailed description of the thresholds in section 1.3.

Days 1-2 (04.30-01.05). Pezd.

On Friday evening we got on the train and went, it took a long time to go, more than a day. On Saturday afternoon, minor repairs to equipment, beer, etc.

Day 3 (02.05). Transfer, slipway.

02:00. We got off the train in the town of Nevinnomysk. A pre-ordered bus and a truck for backpacks were already waiting for us (the transfer was joint with other departments of the school, 39 people). The idea was to go to Cherkessk and put a seal on the list of the group in the local border detachment. However, after listening to the stories of neighboring groups and analyzing the situation, we decided not to go there and not put a seal. The stories boiled down to the fact that we would have to wait until 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon, and then we would have to drive for another 5 hours. All this could turn into a waste of time per day, and we decided not to go to the border guard detachment.

02:30. We left the railway station by bus and truck. We drove without incident, the police did not cling to us on the way. On the way (in the morning) we looked through some sections of the river.

07:30. We arrived at the place of the slipway, 1 km below the confluence of the Uchkulan and Ullu-Kam rivers (just below the Uchkulan village), between the 46th and 45th km. We got up 1 km below.

08:50 Breakfast, then the slipway.

13:00 Lunch. A local precinct officer (with his colleagues) drove up, greeted and said that he had to go to Uchkulan and check in with him, but he did not need the seal of the Cherkessk frontier post (we did not have one) at all. We did not go to the district police officer. All right.

14:00. After lunch, part of the group (those who had fallen behind by this time) went to the radial to Mount El-Bashi. The goal is to reach the snowfield.

4:50 p.m. Only two (Mulach and Kochetkov) continued the way to the snowfield, the rest turned back.

19:15 The guys came back from the snowfield, brought a bottle of snow.

19:30 Dinner. A bottle of snow came in handy (cold and clean water).

11:00 p.m. We started to scatter among the tents.

Day 4 (03.05). Alloy.

07:30. Wake up, breakfast.

08:30. The beginning of the gathering.

10:00 - 11:00. Classes according to the school plan: working out the crossing of the river (for a serious, with insurance with two carrots, etc.)

12:00 pm Lunch and end of fees.

13:30. We sailed.

1:45 pm A Scout was swaying in a small sill. Caught, let's move on

14:30. We passed the bridge. We stood at the bridge for 5 minutes.

15:00 Passed the suspension bridge.

15:13 We started in front of the bridge in Kart-Dzhurt village. We looked at the shavers.

15:35. We went well.

3:50 p.m. Suspension bridge.

16:00 - 16: 10: A smoke break with a pod on the shallows on the right.

4:15 p.m. - 4:20 p.m. Coating stones between the concrete walls in front of the bridge. Slightly below Elbrus. We walked along the LB.

16:35. We stopped on the right bank, below the mine or mines (such dilapidated houses) for spending the night.

20:00 Dinner. After dinner, two local guys came to visit. In general, normal guys turned out to be, talked until 2 am, then were on duty.

Day 5 (04.05). Slav.

08:00. Wake up, breakfast.

11:00. We left.

11:40 We passed the bridge.

11:45. Beginning. They were mistaken, thought Daut Shaver, but it turned out - no.

12:15 p.m. We went to the Dout shaver. We got up at the PB, on a stone shallow in front of the bridge. We looked at the shaver.

12:55 Started the passage: catamarans, scouts, kayaks. Photographed.

13:45. We stood on the left bank on the "shelf". On the opposite bank, 2 kilometers away, there are narzan springs. The weather is deteriorating and it has started to rain. Bulk firewood. Some especially violent ones went for the narzan, then changed their minds and returned. The people from the neighboring department decided to go to the victorious one. We watched the return of this people at half past seven in the evening. We understood that “a person worn out by a narzan” is a person who walked for 4 hours in the rain and through the mud to the narzan source.

Day 6 (05.05). Alloy.

07:40 AM, breakfast.

10:05. Out.

10:15 a.m. We got up to view the 2nd explosive rapids on the right bank. The threshold has been washed away! Well, not that at all, but the passage has been simplified.

10:45 p.m. We passed what was left of the threshold and took a couple of pictures.

11:25. Rest.

12:00. We went to Amanhit. A landmark, which was not referred to by any of the studied sailings: in front of the threshold at the top of the ridge, from the left bank, the support of the main power transmission line is visible. When it occurs, it is better to moor to the right bank and go to see the place for the chalkboard.

12:00 - 13:30 Threshold viewing.

13:30. We got up for lunch.

15:00. Began passing the threshold. The canoe decided not to go. The tactics of passing the 1st and 3rd stages: 2 catamarans pass on mutual insurance and get belayed after the step, then the third catamaran passes and also gets belayed, then the scouts and kayaks pass. Tactics for passing the 2nd stage: the crews of the scout, kayaks and canoes organize carrot insurance from the shore and take photographs, catamarans pass and get on active belay, then the scout and kayaks go. Life has made its own adjustments: on the second stage, the third kat with Alexei Dugin and Andrey Ragozin. got under the "hairbrush" on the PB after the second stage. As a result: Andrey swam down by auto-alloy, two catamarans followed him (one of ours and one of the neighboring department), and Aleksey remained with the catamaran on the stone behind the "comb". However, Andrei himself rather quickly made it to the shore and returned to his kat. The departed kats made a safety net in front of the third step. More emergency situations on this threshold was not.

17:05 We got up for the night just outside the doorstep, on the LB shelf.

24:00. We lost our heart and fell asleep.

Day 7 (06.05). Afternoon, classes ..

08:15 AM Wake up, breakfast.

09:35. Classes according to the school plan: organization of insurance and passing obstacles on the basis of the Amanhit rapids. We crossed to the right bank and surrounded the threshold along the highway.

10:40. We started re-passing the Amankhit rapids.

11:50 am All went well.

12:00 - 01:20 pm Kayaking at the camp

13:50 Lunch. After lunch, one part of the group slept off, and the other went to a small radial to the top, under which we were standing. Leads there good path, so we did not climb for long, about 45 minutes. beautiful view almost the entire threshold of Amanhit.

18:00. Everyone gathered in the camp. Global idleness has begun ... well ...

19:30 Dinner.

24:00. We go to sleep.

Day 8 (07.05). Alloy.

07:00. Wake up, breakfast.

09:10 am Logged out.

10:10. We approached the "1st Kamenomostsky" threshold. Viewed. We decided to change the tactics of passage and the composition of the ships' crews. To encircle all things, canoes and the 1st catamaran, from which 2 knits flew after Amanhit. The kayakers decided to start from the middle of the rapids with PB. As a result, the reinforced crews of the 2nd (Fedorov and Kharkov) and 3rd (Dugin and Medvedev) catamarans and a scout in the regular composition passed the threshold.

12:00. Began the passage. The 1st catamaran and "carrots" are insured. The kata passed successfully, the "Scout" turned over almost at the exit from the threshold, rescued quickly.

12:30 p.m. We went to the Trench (2nd Kamennomostsky). We looked. They decided to go the threshold with reinforced crews: 2nd (Fedorov and Kharkov) and 3rd (Dugin and Medvedev) catamarans. And they decided to go without unloading the catamarans. They insured from below the threshold with all enclosed vessels.

1:40 pm "Chute" passed .. The threshold looks scary, but in fact it's special effects. Technically, the passage is not difficult, you just need to constantly keep the ship in the center of the rapids. We got up for lunch under the "Chute".

3:10 p.m. Exit. Special mention should be made of the next section of the path. It seems that all the named obstacles ended, and we had to swim 30 km. a section to the village of Krasnogorskaya, where transport was ordered the next day. In general, this area especially did not allow you to relax: on turns, clamps, shafts, sometimes barrels. We saw how one four from the neighboring, Ryazan, group kept in a pinch for about 2 minutes. Plus, the population was not very friendly: a couple of times stones of a very good size were thrown from the rocks.

18:30. We came to the place of the anti-slip, on the LB just behind the bridge in Krasnogorskaya, and began to anti-slip.

20:20 A local precinct officer drove up, said that all sorts of thugs could come to visit and, just in case, left his mobile phone number. We decided to take turns on duty until the morning.

Day 9 (08.05). Drop.

07:00. Wake up, (who slept), breakfast. Getting ready, packing.

11:15 am Our transport arrived, loaded up and drove off.

14:30. We are in Nevinnomyssk, at the station. It takes 6 hours to get to the train. We went to the bathhouse, to the market, etc.

20:15 We got on the train and went home.

Days 10-11 (09.05-10.05). Train.

We rode the train for more than a day and arrived in Moscow on May 10 at 5:30 in the morning. This was the end of the campaign.

On the Kuban River and all its tributaries, tourist rafting is possible from March to November. It is not recommended to go at other times of the year. Since the Kuban is below Krasnodar, the Krasnodar Reservoir and the Protoka River are navigable, water tourists following the route should know the Rules for sailing inland waters RF and the shipping situation in the area. Good transport accessibility creates favorable conditions for choosing a route. The main danger during rafting is rubble and driftwood, sharp stones and industrial debris. The possibility of a coup is not excluded. Therefore, each participant in the water trip must have a life jacket.

We offer short descriptions some uncategorized and hikes 1 c.c. along the Kuban and its tributaries.

100 km - Achuevo, 120 km

In addition to these routes, we can offer for lovers of water tourism a boat or kayak route "Along the Azov Coast"

(described in the book by K.A. Gorshenev "Travels in the Krasnodar Territory").

Line of the route: Temryuk - Achuevo settlement - Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Kamyshevatskaya station - Dolzhanskaya station - Yeisk.

During the trip, tourists will see active mud volcanoes, reed "jungle", Indian lotus plantation, Lake Khan with healing mud, hydrogen sulphide springs, get acquainted with the Azov towns.

The journey from Temryuk to Primorsko-Akhtarsk takes 4-5 days, then another 3-4 days to Yeisk. There are many convenient places for camps, floodplains and estuaries are rich in fish and game. Animal world represented by migratory ducks, gulls, gulls, gray herons, pelicans, cormorants, hoopoes. Due to the lack of firewood, it is better to take with you either a kerosene stove or gas burners.

Of the rivers of the Black Sea basin, water sportsmen prefer the Mzymta and Shakhe rivers. Some Sochi routes use rafts for commercial rafting - ships that came from the West and outwardly resemble our catamarans.

Water sports hike in the Caucasus 3 KS, rafting on the rivers Bolsho Zelenchuk, Kuban and Aksaut. The hike took place in the summer of 2017. The task of the trip is to ride new rivers, gain experience in passing the technically difficult Caucasian rapids, including slalom skills with difficult maneuvering. During the trip, there was a very high water level on all three rivers. The trip was not without an emergency, and was marked by an overkil in front of the "Pushka" rapids on the Bolshoi Zelenchuk river, as well as a massive overkill of catamarans in the "Amankhyt" rapids on the Kuban river.

Rafting on the Bolshoy Zelenchuk river

Rafting down the Bolshoy Zelenchuk River is an active and exciting event. The river originates high in the mountains North Caucasus, above the village of Arkhyz. The length of the river is more than 100 km, most of which is stormy and rapids. The rapids here are up to 4 KS (threshold "Pushka", "Fourth explosive"), while they are difficult at any water level. When the water level drops, poured stones and boulders appear, and tacking becomes more difficult. When the water level rises, huge foam boilers are formed, the height of the shafts increases to 2 meters or more.

Rafting on the Bolshoi Zelenchuk river is distinguished by a variety of obstacles, rapids and surrounding views. The environment is constantly and rapidly changing. The river valley expands and narrows into canyons. Rafting is possible on catamarans, rafts, kayaks, kayaks. Most of the rapids can be viewed from the shore and enclosed.

We, with our group of 10 people, traveled to the river for almost two days. We arrived at night, in complete darkness and in the rain, set up a camp, ate quickly and rest. We were sure that they stood on the doorstep of the "Cannon". Due to constant rains, the water in the river rose very high, 1.5-2 meters above the norm. For this reason, the local Arkhyz guys who ride the people on rafts temporarily suspended their business.

In the morning, for rolling, they decided to first go through the lower section of the river and only then throw it into the upper reaches. Thinking that we are starting from the "Cannon", we started before the "Fourth explosive" threshold, which, it should be noted, is also rather difficult. Entering it like this on the move, without a warm-up, I immediately stretched my right shoulder, since I had to row very hard there. One kayaker shot back, then brewed a cut-four in a large barrel. As a result, the basin was caught only after a few kilometers on the shallows.

Having passed the lower section, many had enough adrenaline and extreme, but the most desperate decided immediately after that to throw themselves into the upper reaches and go through the river again from beginning to end. This was done by two crews of twos. On the way to Arkhyz, we realized that we were not on the "Cannon", and that the most difficult threshold was still ahead. As a result, starting from Arkhyz, we passed the entire upper section to the "Pushka", understood and felt in full measure what great water is during the rafting down the Bolshoi Zelenchuk River! punching with such force that the oar bent and the veins burst. There were several pressure points, where it was necessary to pull up strongly. The culmination of course was the "Cannon", where several times the oar on the shaft simply did not reach the water. This is what it means - everything is cognized in comparison.

Overkill and saved. work on water

After overkil the catamaran-four at the entrance to the "Pushka" rapids, two participants had to go by self-rafting for more than a kilometer, after which they were taken to a small island on the shoal, littered with snag. One participant had to be rescued from under the rubble, where he was drawn by the current. The severe stress experienced did not allow to continue the rafting and people had to be transported to the shore with the help of a rope.

Rafting on the Kuban River

Rafting on the Kuban River can serve as a good rolling before rafting on the more difficult rivers of the Caucasus. The rapids on the Kuban River are local, between them on a fast current there are places that require attention, but in general there is nothing serious that would require inspection and would not go from the water. One of the most interesting and natural obstacles on the river is the Amankhit rapids 3-4 KS. The threshold is distinguished by the need to maneuver between boulders in the channel, contains high plums, several strong barrels, high shafts, especially difficult in large water.

Rafting on the Aksaut river

Having moved to the Aksaut River, we had a day out. The previous few days of rafting, full of events, adrenaline, left an imprint both on the internal state and on the equipment, and everything had to be put in order before the rafting on Aksaut. During the day, everyone went about their own business, but I tried to fish with a fishing rod. It is worth saying that before that I had never fished in the Caucasus. Before the hike, I tried to find out the preferences of local trout, basically they write that they catch on insects, but I took the usual spinning rod with medium-sized baits, spinners and spoons with a narrow petal. For an hour and a half I walked along the river, but all was unsuccessful. After that there was a walking excursion to one of the waterfalls, hidden deep in the gorge, overgrown with all kinds of vegetation. In the evening there was a ram pilaf and a bathhouse.

Rafting on the Aksaut River is particularly difficult. The river as a whole is not wide, with big amount pitfalls, mudstones in the channel, boulders along the banks. At the same time, Aksaut has a sharp drop, up to 10 m drop in height per 100 m of the river, the current is very strong here. In addition to stones, in the channel there are clamps, combs made of overhanging trees, tree trunks felled into the water, blockages in narrow places - all these obstacles must be seen and avoided. The paddle must not be released even for a moment, constantly controlling the course. Tacking is very difficult, in an instant you can hit a stone and turn over. Going by auto-alloy Aksaut is extremely undesirable. You can climb to the shore from head to toe in blue from hitting the stones.

We rafted along Aksaut from the village of Krasny Karachay, above the bridge. The water level was high due to the rains, which made the speed and power of the water even higher than usual. I had to maneuver left and right, constantly hovering stones. We tried to pass the river carefully, avoiding, if possible, those obstacles that could have been jumped. Rafting on Aksaut is an invaluable experience, here you have to use the entire arsenal of a waterman, all possible running and control strokes, stabs, braces, you have to work actively with the hull. That is why rafting on the Aksaut River I choose experienced teams for rolling out before hiking on the most difficult and dangerous rivers Caucasus.

"Guide to the Kuban" AA Samoylenko

Krasnodar-Elizavetinskaya, 38 km - Maryanskaya, 20 km - Fedorovskaya, 22 km - Tikhovsky, 33 km - Slavyansk-on-Kuban, 17 km.

Rafting in the Kuban in Krasnodar is convenient to start from final stop trolleybuses No. 9,10,12 or trams No. 2,4. From here to the coast 100-150 m. The Kuban is wide here and almost always full-flowing, the current is weak.

On the river below the Krasnodar reservoir - the navigation situation. The fairway is marked with buoys (the right bank is red, the left bank is white). Vessel traffic is infrequent, but among them there are high-speed hydrofoil missiles. It is necessary to constantly monitor the situation on the river and go outside the fairway.

From the place where the rafting began, for big island, the river makes a smooth right turn. On the right bank River port, there is a boat crossing. Further behind the left bend of the channel railroad bridge... The right bank is high, steep almost everywhere. There are several recreation centers outside the city on the left bank. The shores are overgrown with floodplain forest, there are many sandy beaches.

The first major locality on the route - Elizavetinskaya station on the right bank. After 2.5-3 hours of walking on the same bank of the village. Belozerny. After several large bends of the channel, Maryanskaya station is on the right. Here and below, the character of the river is the same. It is better to move along gently sloping shores, because the navigable fairway is usually near high shores.

Further on the way, Fedorovskaya station is on the left. Here the Kuban is partitioned off by the dam of the Fedorov hydroelectric complex, which should be enclosed. After a few kilometers on the right is the reserved tract Krasny Les. You cannot stop here. There are many good parking spots below. A few hours of rafting from the tract on the right bank of the Tikhovsky hut. Further, the Kuban is divided into two branches: the Kuban proper and the Protoka. Both flow into the Sea of Azov. In Slavyansk-on-Kuban you have to sail along the Protoka. The landmark of the city is the railway bridge. After it, 500-600 m before the highway bridge, on the city sandy beach on the left bank you can finish the rafting. From here there are buses to the bus station and to the railway. Protoka station.

Summer, heat, people are habitually drawn to water bodies - to refresh themselves. Rest on the bank, by the river, of course, is a good thing, but it is too boring. Whether it's a matter of refreshing yourself right in the very heart of a water stream, but not a simple one, but a mountain river, which will whistle you along its waterfalls, breakers and ledges. Naturally, it will not so easily carry your mortal body, but in an inflatable boat called a raft. After all, it is about rafting that we will talk about.

What is it? Rafting is an extreme rafting on mountain rivers on a special rubber boat, passing dangerous rapids, whirlpools and other surprises.

In general, river rafting is an occupation, known to man from time immemorial. There is evidence that hundreds of centuries BC ancient peoples traveled along the rivers in canoes. With the development of civilization, forests were rafted along waterways, gold prospectors and geologists were ferried across mountain waters on various floating devices. And only relatively recently, rafting has turned into entertainment.

White river

Where can you swim in the Kuban? There are plenty of rivers in our region. But, perhaps, the most famous among fans of extreme water recreation is the Belaya River in Adygea. It allows both beginners and venerable paddle and boat professionals to experience the most vivid emotions. There are five routes specially designed for each level of training on this river.

Step 1 "classic" - from the Bashtannikov glade to the bridge (10 km) - 500 rubles;

Step 2 "classic +" - from Granite Canyon to the bridge (15 km) - 600 rubles;

Step 3 "extreme" - from the village of Guzeripl to the Kishi rapids (10 km) - 800 rubles;

Step 4 "Moscow barrel" - in addition to the "extreme" route - 300 rubles;

Step 5 "Seregin Canyon" - 1,500 rubles.

As you already understood, the difficulty increases with each step.

The first two sections were selected in such a way that the rafting on inflatable rafts was safe - the river here is calm enough, but at the same time fast, so that the sensations from the conquest of the water element are memorable.

But those who have rafted at least one of the classic routes will be allowed to the third section and those following it. Despite the fact that it is small in length, obstacles are already appearing here (the threshold "Kissing the Stone" of the 2nd category of difficulty; the threshold "Teatralny" of the 3rd category of difficulty; the threshold of "Hatchets" of the 2nd category of difficulty), requiring a certain experience during the passage. On this site, the "Interralli - Belaya" competition is held annually. aquatic species sports.

By the way, when going rafting, it is advisable to take a bathing suit, a towel, comfortable sports shoes, which are not at all scary to wet in water, and sunscreen.

During the descent, you will be additionally given special individual equipment: a wetsuit (when it's cool), neoprene boots, a helmet, life vest and paddle.
