While the Little Valley of Juanlong can be held on foot in one morning or one evening, for the extensive valleys of Jühzhaigu, you will need at least one day, and that if you decide smaller walking with your legs and ride a bus. If you want to avoid a large cluster of people, it is better to walk a lot on foot - then you will need at least two days, and only then you will get real pleasure from these beauties.

Zzyuchaigou and Juanlong Valley since 1992 are included in UNESCO World Heritage List. They border each other and inspect them better together - however, to get from one place to another, it is required to do a distance of 120 km long. This is a bit, if you consider that the passage here from Chengdu takes the whole day, yes, plus, if only you have not chosen the airfare, it takes overnight stay.

Huanlong

The name of the Huanlong reserve in the Chinese language means a yellow dragon. Of 700 square meters. km can only be inspected by a small part. The main feature of these places is amazing travertine (from limestone tuff) Landscapes, including numerous lakes, drain, springs, thresholds, caves. Small lakes are painted by algae and bacteria in various colors. The higher the rising, the diverse the game of the paints, which contributes to the sky, clouds, foliage reflected on the surface of water. Landscape complements the view of the "Top of Snow Treasures" (Xuebao Ding)which sparkles in the direction of the vital axis of the valley with their eternal snow.

Arrival

Even the one who arrives on the plane will be able to enjoy the view of the mountains: from the small town of Chuanzhusi, where the road to Juanlong is branched off from the road to Jijujigau, the path first leads through a snow-covered pass of 4200 m height, with a long overview of the surroundings and further on serpents more than 1000 m To the small hotel village with large parking lots and entrance to the main zone of the reserve.

Inspection

Up and down need to go through a total of about 8.5 km, most of the distance along the paved wooden tracks, so that in any weather, the legs will remain dry. The entire inspection zone is well maintained, equipped with signs with inscriptions in three languages; It is almost impossible to get lost here. It is necessary to take a number of provisions. There are several toilets, and the one who cannot go far walk, can order a stretcher.

Waterfalls

It is necessary to undergo a short distance in the forest, then the cascade of pond begins. They are green due to the natural excess of mini-level components that contribute to the growth of algae. This first group of ponds ends with a green waterfall Faibuluha 60 m wide and a height of 10 m. Above ponds you will pass under the sign of a yellow color and get to the oath-yellow, low-spirited grotto from the height of 7 m Sishendong waterfall. It is said that a certain virgin, spending the night in this grotto, the next morning came pregnant. Despite the "politics of one child" in China, the entrance to the grotto is not closed.

Ponds Bonsai

On the east side of the waterfall (on the left, if you go to the mountain) You can get to Bonsai Ponds (Pengjirdchi) With the predominance of exclusively dwarf trees and shrubs.

Yellow Dragon

A yellow dragon is referred to as the travertine surface of the valley, which is completed by a ocher-yellow waterfall. Its length is 2.5 km, and the width is from 50 to 100 m. Due to the chemical reaction of rocks with water, is formed by saturated carbon dioxide, the infinite sequence of miniature thresholds: this is the scales on the back of a yellow giganic animal. Since the Chinese Dragon lives in water, it is quite natural that the entire valley is of his name.

Zhengyanzaychi

Ponds, competing with each other in their motley the southern tip of the Valley of the "Yellow Dragon", are doing what their name says. This third group of spacious travertine terraces surpasses its previously with their colorfulness.

Temples

Next follows a large distance without travertine plots, after which you get to the Buddhist temple of the yellow dragon (Juanlongs)where you can witness your respect for the "immortal yellow dragon". As Tibetans who live in these parts tell, one day a kind of sage dreamed of a dream that this area threatens the flood. He warned all the inhabitants so that those move to a safe place. And indeed, a devastating flood followed. It became clear that the sage was the "immortal yellow dragon" and then to him as the human embodiment of a water miracle-beast, which brings both happiness and ruin, devoted this temple. Five colors? This is not an exaggeration. Here, the pond has five colors ("Utsaychi"), immediately at the church of the yellow dragon, the sorceress-nature shows his gift of the playwright and writes a culmination scene of your walk: the ponds are shining with turquoise, then white, then ice-blue, then poisonous yellow, then green light: on the estimates of the park administration, six hundred ninety-three Color options. Just incredible how many multicolored water can be clean! Opening hours: weekly. 7.00-18.00 (in the winter working day is reduced).

Jüschegue

It seems that in this remote, Karst mountain region, nature wanted to show everything that she is capable. More than a hundred lakes and ponds, partly clean, partly multicolored, waterfalls and thresholds, travertine areas, floating islands, almost more species of plants than in all of Europe, - amazing phenomena both in large and small borders do not know.

Inspection

The Tszyuchago populated by Tibetan Tibetans consists of three independent valleys, and the two tops form together with the lower something similar to the Latin letter Y. The territory of 600 square meters. The KM has smaller absolute heights than the territory of the Huanlong Reserve. Entrance to this zone (i.e. exit from the valley) lies at an altitude of 1990 m; From there, the bottom of the valley relative to the hollow rises to a height of more than 3000 m. The vertices of the mountains reach 4600 m. All three valleys are provided with asphalt roads with a total length of 55 km. Apart from random expensive cars belonging to bonsams (i.e. officials)Here the buses belonging exclusively, for a trip to which it is worth buying a day ticket. The park administration paved in all valleys on the side where there are no roads, comfortable and supported in good condition, for which human crowds do not go, because Chinese tourists come to Jijujigau, as a rule, only one day and they have no time on hiking. Opening hours: weekly. 7.00-18.00.

From November 16 to the end of March, the High Valleys of Zhizhago (from Lake Tianhehai) For visitors is closed.

Valley Shuchjangou

This is the main valley of 14 km long with a wide input zone. (sale of entrance tickets and souvenirs, squares, parking lots), where thousands of visitors are crowded with the sunrise. The first plot to Pengjintan is best driven by bus.

Balazzinjan's rock

The first sight of Jüchjaigu is a completely smooth rocky wall with a height of 400 m, which visually sewers the edge of the valley as a giant "wall of the spirits", - the rock of the treasure mirror. According to the locals, the "spirit-ancestor of the mountains" through this magical mirror was trapped under the mountain of an evil demon. At one time, the monster pursued one mountain fairy of unspecified beauty. The unfortunate creature was due to ten thousand years to suffer under the rule of Grubian, while the ancestor could not defeat the villain. At the same time, the truth was cracked the precious mirror of the Fairy and split off one hundred eight parts - one hundred eight Lakes Tsuzhaigau.

Panjintang

The first water attraction in the long series of its fellows: the travertine zone in which the planting plants grow due to lack of food. On the lower tip of the zone, near the Tibetan water mill, you can go to the other side of the valley and the next few kilometers overcome by the boardwalk.

Four lakes

Above the Zone Panjintan follows the crown of the lake, Shuangunhay 2 km long. Even above is the lake "Two Dragons": it is obliged by the name of the limestone reefs. According to one legend, there were evil dragons who were constantly sent to Jijujigo Storms with a hail, while one Tibetan king could not defeat them and forever put on the chain deep at the bottom of the lake. Over the next threshold is located Lake Spark - Khokhuhai. When the morning sun drives fogs, his light causes the waves to sparkle. On the next lake, you will meet with a dragon again: in the "Sea of Lying Dragon" - Voloonhai are also limestone deposits.

Nineteen ponds Shuzhenzunhai

And now you are approaching a five-kilometer series of travertine dams, in which water form thresholds; Moreover, these dams crossed vegetation, through which water flows. In two places, wooden flooring lead through the dams on the other side. One of the ponds are visible by Tibetan water mills. The upper completion of this composition is formed by a waterfall of Chasemanpub with a height of 15 m, which feeds the thick layers of moss on the rocks with its fumeary wave.

Lake Sinauhai and Lauhukhai (Tiger and Rhino)

The following two lakes in the Zzyuchaigow valley are somewhat strange names. Upper, at an altitude of 2315 m, with an area of 20 hectares - the largest in the Valley of Chaszhengou. His name reminds more about one legend: one day a certain Tibetan Lama appeared on rhinocero. This Lama was mortally sick, but after he drank water from this lake, immediately healed.

Waterfall notorpub

Here, the waterfall is not a knife, both the upper valleys merge. It is lowered from a height of 20 m. Western of two upper valleys (Valley Zhizgau) Opened for visitors for 17 km.

From Lake Jinghai to Lake Uhuahai

Above the waterfall, the nobleripub is still eighteen travertine cascades, they feed from the "Mirror Lake" - Jinghai, which is protected from all sides and sometimes fully justifies its name. At its upper tip, the boardwalk begins, which should be passed. The first stop is Zhenzhetanpub Waterfall 200 m wide and a height of 21 m, which will be lowered into a narrow gorge. Pasting the waterfall path leads upstairs. Water rapidly runs down the travertine plot, which the Chinese called the "pearl shore." Wood flooring is also laid through its surface. If you step on it, you immediately understand where the poetic title came from: water that runs down through a dwarf shrub and algae zone, while sprayed on the drops, shine, like pearls. The fact that in the midst of stormy water, which is washes off with all the humus, there can be plants in general for a long time, refers to the peculiarities of the area, - all over the world can be observed only in rare places. If then return to the original path and follow the further up, you can walk to the lake of five colors - Wuhahai, which algae was painted into different colors, - the best review opens with the road passing on the elevation, to which you can return here.

Temple Tsuja

At the cliff mirrors, the treasure track leads to the neighboring valley of the csage. There is the most significant Tibetan temple in all of Jijuigau.

Lake Sunmaohai and Falls Synmahaypub

If you do not transplane the bus, you need to use a pedestrian pathway on the other side and further. She leads to the highest waterfall Jijujigu - Sunmaohaypub; 78 The meter height of the waterfall is divided into three steps. True, most visitors do not see water at all: the waterfall manifests itself only in the summer season of rains. At another time, he seeps in small streams on top of the Lake Panda located above - Sunmaohai (2587 m above sea level). It is said that this lake earlier, in the 1970s, really saw bears-panda.

Lake Jianzhzhuhai

Further, the pedestrian trail leads along the same side of the valley, which is not addressed to the road, to the lake of the ridiculous bamboo - Jianzhuhai with a beautiful waterfall, below which you can go along the wooden flooring. The top tip of the lake reappears access to the road. The next 9.5 km is not so interesting, so the bus is at your service.

Herbal lake, primitive forest

The upper completion of the dance of the lakes form two more interesting reservoirs: Lake Tianahai ("Swan") and lake Tsaohai ("Herbal")Both thick watered water vegetation, and the whole herbaceous islands float over the waves. Finally, the road ends at the primitive forest, which can be slightly delighted and surprised by an exceptional variety of species.

Valley Zeschavagou

Eastern valleys is characterized by its erosion carcass surface, so in some areas it is poor water. The frequency of attractions for 18 km is significantly less than two others. At the entrance to the valley on the left there is a complex of buildings: a tourist center with restaurants and shops. It is recommended to take the bus to the end of the valley, and then part of the way go on foot.

Lake Changhai

When traveling up the valley you will pass two lakes - or two dry big depressions: the water here is only in the summer and early autumn, when a lot of rains. After that, water seeps into the soil. In the upper reaches of the valley, at an altitude of 3060 m, located bordered by thick coniferous forests "Long Lake" (Changhai), Biggest in Jüchjigau. There are many rivers and streams in it, but there is no runoff, at least above ground, as the glacier Moraine, covers it tightly. Often cast by all the colors of the rainbow the surface of the lake gives him something mysterious. Tibetans say that sometimes monsters emerge from the water. In winter, a layer of ice is formed on the lake with a thickness of up to 60 cm.

Lake Utsaychi

The pedestrian trail is running down with the knowledge of the case leads down to the valley to the last miracle of nature in Jijujigo - the "five-color lake": the dimensions of its 40 x 25 m and the depth of 6 m. The intensive coloring of the lake is cast that blue, then turquoise would seem artificial if Water was not absolutely transparent.

 • Arriving in Jigjaigu and Juanlong on the plane - it means to lose sight of a lot. A trip by train through the gorges in the valleys is higher in the mountains, acquaintance with old villages, unique peasant architecture and visiting the fortified city of Sunpaan is a wonderful prelude for viewing the local attractions, and it would be sorry to miss it, even for considerations of comfort.
 • A crowded crowd can be avoided in Juanlong, only if you come in an early hour to the opening of the gate. In Jijujigu and this will not help. It will only save time so that you can wander through the best pavement paths away from the main roads.
 • Night-fighting in Juanlong and Jijujigau because of the poor level of local turbases is not recommended. It is better to leave Sunpane or Chuanzhuys in the morning.

Four Seasons Landscape and Weather in Jigjaigau

Jügzhaigu is located at an altitude of 1900-3100 meters above sea level, on a plateau with a wet climate. Weather in Jigshaigow changeable. Usually in the afternoon sunny, and at night it rains. Do not worry about your travels to Jügzhague, as you can complete any hike during the day. During each season, Jügzhaigou has its own characteristic features: flowers in spring, abundant green vegetation in summer, multi-colored leaves in the fall and special Jüggygo in winter when everything is covered with snow.

Landscape Jüchjigu is amazing and exciting all year round. And yet, the best time to visit Jijujigu - autumn, especially in the period from late September to mid-October, since these days the leaves change the color and view all overwhelming. Also at this time there are a lot of tourists, so do not forget to book your tour in advance in one or two months so that you have enough places for accommodation, and negotiate with the English-speaking guide.

In the spring, you can observe the purest Jigshago, when the whole range starts green and the space is filled with various colors options. Birds come back from the south and start singing.

The temperature of the spring is quite low and changing, on average - from 9 ° C (48 ° F) to 18 ° C (64 ° F). Since Jijujigu is on a plateau, ultraviolet radiation is strong enough and we recommend taking sunglasses and sunscreen. Also capture the jacket and light sweater.

In the summer of vegetation peak, the trees are green even more, shrubs are covered with flowers. During walks under the purest blue sky, illuminating the colorful ocean of flowers in the summer, Jijujigu looks like fantastic.

Temperature day and night is significantly different. So, if the temperature can be from 19 ° C (66 ° F) to 22 ° C (72 ° F), then at night it decreases to 10 ° C (50 ° F).

In the summer, a shirt with long sleeves and jeans, as well as take a slight jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen and an umbrella with it, and take a slight jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen and umbrella (as it's raining quite often).

Red and yellow are the main colors in Jüchjigu for autumn. Fiery maple leaves, yellow leaves of skumpies, green and magnificent forests covering hills, blue lakes like sapphires lying among them ... Autumn landscapes in Jügzhaigu look like gorgeous paintings.

The difference between day and night temperatures is more than in the summer. If during the day about 18 ° C (64 ° F), then at night the temperature drops below 8 ° C (46 ° F). We recommend that you take warm clothes with you.

Do not refuse trips to the snowy jiggy in winter. It is difficult to choose any words to describe its beauty when it looks like a fabulous paradise.

In winter, the snow turns Jushegau into the Silver World: on all trees, snowballs turn into ice flowers, the waterfalls freeze. Lakes below sea level, winter look even more blue.

As in other mountains of the world, in the winter in Jügzhaigu is very cold, usually 0 ° C (32 ° F) or lower. We recommend putting a warm jacket with a hood if you travel in winter. Click here to see our tourpacks in Jigshajigu.

How to organize your tour in Jijujigau

Zzyuchaigu Valley is like a fabulous country. The landscape truly captures the spirit: lakes, waterfalls and, above all, plants, trees and water landscapes, which, being in a variety of shades and forms, give the landscape truly magical features.

This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in all China and the most photographed places. It is difficult to believe that photos of these places are real and are not the result of someone strange artistic imagination.

However, the territory of Jijujigu is quite extensive, and if you have only a few days at her visit, how should you organize your time? Here you will find the two-day schedule recommended by our visit to Jijujigau, which includes some of the most extraordinary attractions of this place.

Two-day visit to Jigjaigu - schedule

To maximize the time of stay in Jijujigu, book the flight Juanlong to Airport, to fly to noon, reverse the next day. Book your hotel in advance and order the bus to save a little extra time.

There are many attractions in Jigshaigu, and you want to spend so little time as much as possible on the arrival of the trip.

Day One: Huanlong Reserve

Your previously booked bus will bring you to the Huanlong Reserve, travel time will be a little more than an hour (50 kilometers). It will rightly spend on the inspection of the reserve from four to five hours. You can save time using a cable car. After you have finished walking around the reserve, take a taxi back to your hotel in Jigjaigau. Again, do not forget to book it in advance and have his name with you with the address to show a taxi driver. Moving to Jijujigau will take about two and a half hours.

As soon as you arrive, climb the top on the funicular. From there you can slowly go down on foot through the reserve - it will take it from three to four hours. If you decide to go through the entire route on foot, without using the cable car, then highlight yourself five or six hours for a slow lift, during which you can admire the surrounding species, and then make a quick descent.

Day Two: Dolina Jiuchaigu

Visit the Valley of Jigjaigu Start early, at about 7 am. If you want to see absolutely everything, it will take a whole day. Therefore, try booking the return flight at enough time as if you do not leave the valley until 5:00 pm. The airport is approximately 90 minutes away (90 kilometers), so make sure you leave yourself enough time.

The attraction you can't miss at your trip is a mirror lake, one of the most famous and most exciting places in all of Jigshajigu. The name of the lake gives reflection of the surrounding landscape on his pure waters. Do not forget to take the camera! Keep in mind that it is better to get here as early as possible, because the popularity of this lake is so high that it is precipitated by tourists in almost the morning, and numerous tourist groups will rather spoil the whole view, and some calm can not go about.

It is possible to order a bus to a primitive forest better, which along the way will stop the mirror lake. The primitive forest is better to inspect, walking on foot, stopping at dinner at around noon in the restaurant nunogilan. From there, go to the Valley of the Bescha. This is the longest valley in the Zzyuchago region, has a length of 18 kilometers. She is worth spending a little time for her research - you can do before moving to the Valley of the Shepherd. Famous as the gate in Jügzhaigu, this is another extensive valley with a length of about 14 kilometers.

Given the scale of this area and limited time, perhaps the best option for you would be a combination of hiking and bus trips when examining both valleys, if you want to see the best landscapes that exist in these places.

In the bus try to take place by the window, and on the way, inspect some other attractions, to the visit of which you, unfortunately, did not have enough time. Minjiang Yuan, the source of the Minjiang River, this is an open swamp. In contrast to her, you will also pass through a small prairie, known as the dry sea. Both of these attractions are worth seeing, so do not be desire to fall asleep on the bus.

Several warnings

Of course, it is possible to visit Jujuigau alone, if it is all the time you have - it is better than not to go here at all. If you are going alone - then it is better to follow the second day route. Nevertheless, the optimal impressions will be from being in the National Park for more time than even two days described above when a larger number of places can be inspected in a more calm pace.

If you are going to follow our two-day schedule, please note that it is better necessary to have at least a good health for this. In Jijujigo, there are quite a few hiking tourists, and although the trails are well arranged there, however, the distances you need to go through to see the sights, quite extended, and the road will seem intense.

Taking off with the excursion bus, be sure to check that you have enough resources (food, cash) to continue your travel or before renewing the excursion in the evening. In some low-transmitted places, do not risk, leaving yourself in a difficult position.

The weather may be tedious, for example, the temperature difference between the cold in the morning, in the evening and hot noon. Be prepared not only to this, as well as to strong solar radiation at this height. Sunscores and glasses can be useful (as well as protection against possible rains).

Tszyuchaigou hotels

Jüczhaigua hotels are mostly concentrated in the National Park of Jigjaigau and in the immediate vicinity of Juanlong Airport. Jigshagoho National Park is more expensive hotels, but landscapes and the environment around you are simply unreacked.

Cheaper hotels are located around Juanlong Airport. CHINA HIGHLIGHTS has extensive experience with Jujujigau hotels (since 1959), and since 1998 we cooperate with them through the Internet. We know these hotels very well, and always put ourselves to our customers.

The name of Jiuzhaigu (in the "Valley of Nine villages") comes from nine Tibetan villages located along the valley. Seven of them are inhabited today. For tourists, such settlements are available such as Hayei, Shuzheng and Zeschava, serving tourists along the main road, offering various craft products, souvenirs and food. In less in size, Zharu Valley is RESI, and behind the villages of Heeye - the villages of Jianpan, Panya and Yana. No longer populated the villages of God and Hemzyos.

Penba villages, Panyxin and Jonzhu are located along the road, which passes through the city of Jijujigu / Zhangju outside the valley.

In 1997, the permanent population of the valley was about 1,000 people or about 130 families of Tibetans. Since the region is a protected, agricultural activities are not permitted in it, so local residents exist on revenues from tourism and government subsidies.

One of the most famous features of Jijujigau is dozens of blue, green and turquoise lakes. The local Tibetan population calls them in Chinese "Hayji", which means the "Son of the Sea". The lakes appeared as a result of the brake of flows, originating from the melting of glaciers, rocks of rocks and other obstacles that were bonded by carbonate sediments. Some lakes have a high concentration of calcium carbonate and is so transparent that the bottom is often visible even at great depth. Lakes differ in color, depth, bottom sediments and surroundings.

Some of the natural dams and formations were strengthened artificially and tourists are forbidden to concern the water of lakes and other elements of the landscape.

Most visitors travel by a regular bus to the end of the Giotzé and / or Chase gorge, and then make a hiking descent.

In comparison with other frequently visited landscaped attractions of China, Jijujigo is difficult to access land. Most tourists reach the valleys after a 10-hour trip by bus from Chengdu along the road along the Canyon of the Minjiang River, sometimes prone to stonepades and, on the rainy season, landslides.

There are places in the world, the beauty of which is difficult to believe until you see them with your own eyes. One of them is the Chinese National National Reserve of Jigjaigu, located in the north of Sichuan Province. It is difficult for words to describe all the magnificence of the local nature. Those who attended these places say they visited a fairy tale. The park is called both by paradise and hell. Paradise - for photographers, and hell - for artists. Tibetans and the people of Qiang were settled by this remote area. Jijujigu is translated as "Valley of nine villages." Seven of these villages are still inhabited. People here have retained their life line and tradition, willingly share them with travelers. Sweetish-bitter taste of tea with fat yak, which the local residents drank from ancient times to warm up, various dishes of national cuisine, will be remembered for visitors to the park. Souvenirs made by their own hands will decorate the interior and remind of people living in marvelous natural conditions.

In 1982, 10 years after the official opening and non-religious deforestation, the government proclaimed this area by the National Park. And after two years later it was opened for tourists. The park covers an area of more than 300 sq. Km, and is located at an altitude of 2500m above sea level in the Minishan Chinese mountains. 60km wooden sidewalks are laid for hiking in wonderful places in the vicinity of wonderful lakes.

National Park

Two thirds of the valley cover virgin forests that inhabit various birds and animals. Many of them are listed in the Red Book. Some are found only here. A variety of plants covering mountains and gorges are affected by abundance and pomp. Dozens of lakes, each of which does not seem to have all the rest fascinating visitors to the depths of the soul. The water is very cold and saturated with minerals. From fish, only one type of carp, completely without scales, can live in such conditions. But algae is a great set, more than two hundred names. Thanks to them, lakes have different colors. One of them is called - "five colors".

Mountains, some tops that are covered with snow all year round, reflected in water and amazed calm. Amazing waterfalls conquer their uniqueness and power.

The park consists of three lowlands forming the letter "Y". They are called Zesze, Tseschava, Chase. Each of them is rich in attractions. In Zhizhe, the mountain river, looting in the gorges, falls on a huge inclined terrace covered with thresholds from calcite. Spilled on it with a wide small stream. Some of the islands with bushes and trees. This is the famous "pearl shallow", developing into a grandiose waterfall. Its height 28m, width 310m.

Why the waterfall received such a name

Against the background of such impressive sizes, it is stunned by how water falls. The thin layer, by shallow, breaking into small droplets-pearls, flows round stones, forming a white bug surface. Further, the water is found with large boulders, it is also divided into thinner jetings and further drops down, on the way, still meeting the same sharpened round stones ... Nebula and rainbow add a special charm to the spectacle.

In winter, when everything freezes and covered with snow, everything around especially resembles pearl placers in the middle of a white forest, fascinating a deafening silence from the world of dreams. And in the spring, when the trees are covered with bright greens, the first flowers bloom, the waterfall wakes up with a new rumbling force, applied with melt water.

In the summer, the walk here is adding not only psychological health, but also physical. Karst caves in which tourists are happy to pass through water flows, give a desirable coolness and produce inhalation effect. Myriad splashes filled with useful minerals are saturated with air. Many people specially go here to strengthen the bronchopulmonary system and improve the condition of the skin.

Autumn is a special time for the Zzyuchago reserve. Mixed forests dress in clothes of a variety of colors and shades. Photographers of the whole world, professionals and lovers fly here to capture the stunning moments from the life of a wonderful nature reserve. And local nature does not disappoint anyone. Anyone, even made at random Frames in itself, some kind of unique beauty. Stunning views of this park are decorated with many exhibitions, sites and just home albums.

What else to see in the park

In addition to the pearl waterfall in the reserve many magnificent places. The primitive forest that surrounds many mountains and the abuse, as well as the rock of the sword, 500m height. "Herbal lake", covered with water plants, lake "Panda", strangely combining green and blue colors, a very calm lake "Mirror", reflecting the sky and all the colorful decoration of the forest. "Long lake", very large and deep, up to 40 meters, in which the monster lives according to legends. The Mountain "Four Sisters" is always covered with clouds, a waterfall was not knitted, Shulty, are also known for its unsurpassed coloring and uniqueness.

Beauty of Jijjigu is unusual. Probably, therefore, there are many myths and legends about the local places, they are also charming as the reserve himself. Here is one of them. Once upon a time, a long-time young man named Daga presented as a gift to his beloved beauty-goddess Wonosamo, an amazing mirror endowed with magical properties. She threw him by negligence and broke him. More than a hundred fragments, crumbled through the valley and turned into a lake of amazing beauty. To this day, these lakes are amazed by their fabulous view. Locals call them "Hayji", which is translated as the "Son of the Sea", probably because their colors are not characteristic of fresh reservoirs.

Until recently, the road to Jüchuchaigou was long and risky. Travelers 10 hours traveled by buses on the road along the Minjiang River, which is dangerous with frequent rockpads and landslides. Now a small airport is built in the valley, from which it is possible to get to the reserve for an hour.

Lake Sleeping Dragon, Lake Five Colors, Herbal Lake - Only from Some Ovened Eastern Mysteriousness and Romantic Names In the imagination, fabulous plots begin to appear in the imagination. It is no coincidence that the National Park Jigjaigu fascins every traveler who fell here one day, and manits to him again and again. After all, everyone wants to come back, let him briefly, in a fairy tale or a wonderful dream.

Famous with his beautiful colorful lakes and many rare representatives of flora and fauna, the Natural Reserve of Jüczhaigou is located in Southeast China, in Sichuan Province.

Because of its inaccessibility, tourism in this region began to develop relatively recently. Officially, the park was opened in 1972, the status of the National Park, Zpyuzhaigu received after 10 years, and after another 10 years, in 1992 the Valley was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Translated from the Chinese language, Jügzhaigu means literally "Valley of nine villages." This name, of course, is no coincidence, in the valley there are really nine villages in which Tibetans and representatives of the people of Ziang live. Today, people live in seven of these villages, and two villages are not populated. The valley forbade agriculture and breeding of animals, so local residents live at the expense of state subsidies, and of course, at the expense of tourists who come to the valley. So here it will not be a problem to purchase souvenirs, which are products of traditional crafts, or taste local regional cuisine.

What to see

The Zpyuchago National Park consists of three valleys: Zesze, Zeschawa and Chaseman. In the valleys, beautiful and diverse nature, there are wide-friendly virgin forests, inhabited by birds and animals, some of which (such as Panda and Golden Monkeys) are listed in the Red Book, fast mountain rivers and majestic waterfalls. But nevertheless, one of the main characters and the main attraction of the National Park, Jühzhaigow is considered his indescribable beauty of multicolored lakes, which are more than a hundred.

The legend states that the lakes, it is nothing like a fragment of the mirror, which God DAGE presented his beloved goddess Volo Syo. But, by negligence, the goddess dropped him, the mirror crashed into a lot of fragments, and we now have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful lakes. However, prosaic science explains the transparency of local lakes in that the water contains a high percentage of calcium carbon dioxide.

The largest lake of the reserve is called Changhai, and is located at an altitude of 3000 meters at sea level. Of course, you can endlessly list the beautiful local lakes, but it is better to come and see everything with our own eyes, namely: herbal lake, Lake Panda, Lake Sleeping Dragon, Swan or Long Lake (the length of which is more than 2 kilometers), lake five flowers, in which According to the legend, gods were washed, and their "make-up" paint the lake in the incredible beauty of the color.

Beauty that wait persistently enduring the way to the national park is difficult to pass on words or film.

With another lake, Tyuhahai, on the form of a reindeer-resembling leg, a legend is also connected. Long ago in these these mountains, a certain spirit hunted, and at that moment as the spirit-hunter shot the beast, he turned into a lake.

Another symbol of National Park Jijjyigow is its pure rapid waterfalls, falling along the slopes of rocks and in trees. It will be difficult for a tired traveler will be difficult to resist the temptation to admire the water flowing flows, and forgetting about all the concerns, immersed in the world of nature, under a dimensional fascinating noise of water.

How to get

Getting to Jigshaigu is not a simple matter. By virtue of their remoteness and isolation, the park is difficult to access. Traveler going to touch the local beauties will have to gain patience - the bus or car will take about 10 hours of mountain roads. But this, perhaps, is not the simplest journey of that - the beauty that is waiting for persistently enduring the wagon path is difficult to pass on words or film.
